Basic accommodation. Affordable and clean
Pros:

It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Facilities were very basic. Some broken in the bathroom. The hotel has a different name and only says Chamnan Residence in small print on the window

In summary, there are better lodgings available offering the same price.
Pros:

Location is good, in between Greenway and Kim Yong markets. However, not along any main road.

Cons:

Secluded location, scary to walk back at night. 2. Shares the same location as DeResto hotel, thus rather confusing to find. 3. Toilet paper not provided. 4. ill-equipped for a residence unlike Bhava Residences. 5. No dedicated person manning the front office.
