The place couldn't have been nicer!
Pros:

The apartment was bright, cheery, roomy and very clean. We were very impressed with everything about this property and would recommend it highly. We will definitely stay again.

Cons:

Es ist nicht schlimm aber man muss die Reise nach NY, Manhattan gut planen. Ist eine Entfernung.

Apartamento de lujo, comunicación desastrosa/inexistente
Pros:

El apartamento en sí estaba muy muy bien. Muy espacioso y en un edificio de calidad, incluido wifi, cocina, dormitorios y gimnasio totalmente equipado. Muy fácil la entrada y la salida, todo automatizado. La localización no estaba mal. a 15 minutos de la parada de autobús más cercana en cualquier dirección.

Cons:

La comunicación con el dueño o administrador un auténtico desastre, tanto a la llegada, durante la estancia y a la salida. Ninguna contestación a ninguno de los mensajes, que la gente no pierda el tiempo en intentar comunicarse con ellos, ni por whatsapp, ni a través de booking (ahí están las evidencias claras de lo que indico) ni por teléfono. Total dejadez.

Weekday Relaxation Trip
Pros:

We enjoyed the large modern feel. It certainly felt upscale with an urban feel. It was comforting seeing kids with their teams playing football on the professional looking field across from the building. We felt very safe, and it wasn't noisy. We certainly would recommend staying in New Jersey, like we did, if visiting New York City to avoid the hustle and crowds. Using the HBLR transit is easy and only costs $2.50 for 1 round trip, but you must download the app.

Cons:

We didn't like not being able to control the room temperature. Our host asked us what settings we'd like and then locked in the settings. The thermastat was in a locked case, so if you needed or wanted to adjust the temperature, you had to contact the host.
