Why stay in a tiny room in Manhattan when you can have a two bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood for less?
Pros:

Whether you are visiting Hoboken or Manhattan, this is a great option. Very spacious, spotlessly clean unit and the hosts are very helpful. Hoboken is very quiet and a great break from a day in Manhattan, which is a quick ferry, train, or bus ride. We also enjoyed watching community kickball games at the athletic field across the street.

Pros:

とてもきれいで、静かでした。台所用品や洗剤などはすべてそろっていて、心遣いを感じました。バスルームが二つあって便利でした。

Cons:

掃除機を使おうとしたら、壊れていた事と、台所の流し台の排水がスムーズでなかった事です。

環境整體非常舒適乾淨，設備與用品維護得很好，住起來很安心。地點也很不錯，對面就是學校，周邊環境單純，感覺治安良好。另外有提供停車位，對自駕旅客來說非常方便，出入也很順暢。The environment was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The unit was well equipped and everything was in good condition. The location is great, directly across from a school, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Having a dedicated parking space was very convenient, especially for guests with a car, and access to the property was easy.

Cons:

整體住宿體驗良好，除了洗澡的水量比較小，希望可以改善。其他沒有不滿意的地方。The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, so it took a little longer to rinse. Other than that, everything was good.

Es ist nicht schlimm aber man muss die Reise nach NY, Manhattan gut planen. Ist eine Entfernung.

Apartamento de lujo, comunicación desastrosa/inexistente
Pros:

El apartamento en sí estaba muy muy bien. Muy espacioso y en un edificio de calidad, incluido wifi, cocina, dormitorios y gimnasio totalmente equipado. Muy fácil la entrada y la salida, todo automatizado. La localización no estaba mal. a 15 minutos de la parada de autobús más cercana en cualquier dirección.

Cons:

La comunicación con el dueño o administrador un auténtico desastre, tanto a la llegada, durante la estancia y a la salida. Ninguna contestación a ninguno de los mensajes, que la gente no pierda el tiempo en intentar comunicarse con ellos, ni por whatsapp, ni a través de booking (ahí están las evidencias claras de lo que indico) ni por teléfono. Total dejadez.
