Beautiful Condo - ask for a pool view
Pros:

Beautiful building very clean, attractive surroundings.

Cons:

The wifi in the room didnt work and our "sea view" was non existant. We faced a hospital a very busy road and a swamp. The staff wouldnt deal with my issues.

Modern property in a lovely complex. Close to soi 94 and shops.

Cons:

Property was ok, very small but fine for a few days. There was someone else’s clothes in the cupboard which was odd and a lock on the kitchen cupboard. One toilet roll provided but plenty of shower wash and soap.

We paid too much for the apartment compared to people we met at the pool.

Faced the outside ( hospital)
Pool lost the sun because of its location. Poorly outfitted with towels, dishes and no hot water in the kitchen.

Don’t bother with this room but complex great

The complex is great. Bed good. Shower good.

Cons:

The unit is rundown damaged walls paint bed doors. Maybe my expectations were too high but 4 days without toilet paper cleaned linen wasn’t too good. You need to bring everything including tea and coffee. WiFi code didn’t work. Tv totally Thai needed codes not supplied. I could go on. Owner zero response still after five days. No care at all. Go for the complex but chose another room.

Our holiday was ruined to being wrongly sold an apartment that wasn’t the description
Pros:

La Casita complex was nice but our apartment was not good.

Cons:

We were mis sold. The description of our apartment said Sea View!! more like swamp view. Totally unacceptable. I emailed the property owner 3 times and had no response. Ruined our holiday.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned, bed sheets old , smelly, ripp, dirty, belive not washed from previous users. very old dirty extra set of comforters was available .
We had to buy pillows, bedding set for month staying contract.
Horrible experience ever!!!
The owner/ realtor didn't fix the problem with the request !!!!
