Excellent!
Pros:

Very friendly , professional personal (2 nice mans) who met us 2 hours early, all-all explained , show all options , including the wellness center, present a wine. The room is excellent : clean , equipped all what you want , very nice location , parking . Very recommended!!

Zugang zum Hotel mit Swimmingpool, Thermalbad, Massagen, Kosmetikbehandlungen... Richtig gut zum Ausspannen

Cons:

Keine Anleitung zu TV und Safe. Es war uns nicht klar, dass es eine Wohnung in einem Hotelkomplex ist, der Taxifahrer hat nicht verstanden, wo es sein soll.

Very nice aparment
Pros:

Very nice room. The building is very close to the town center and to the lake (approx. 10 mins by walk to the lake). The hotel (which the building is connected to) is very nice, with a large swimming pool and a sauna, with a lot of other "wellness activities" (which we didn't use though). Be prepared for a lot of seniors, as the hotel is apparently aimed at them. For that reason, though, it is very calm. A small general store is right opposite the street (at least in 2024), it closes at 22:00 -- very convenient.

Cons:

If you book a dinner in the hotel, make sure the waiter/waitress knows about you have a half board (or a full board) already paid, otherwise they'll charge you not only for drinks (they do it anyway as drinks are not included) but for the whole dinner as well. As you are not a hotel guest (you are accomodated in an apartmant building adjacent to the hotel), they can't treat you like a hotel guest who could be charged later on check-out, instead you'll be asked to pay at the end of the dinner. It happend to us once that a young waiter didn't notice and charged us for the whole dinner for two. Fortunately, we noticed that and the payment was canceled.
Warning: The hotel restaturant has a dressing code active: Men must wear trousers. Which was kinda funny as it was quite hot the whole weekend and I had a denim shorts only. For some reason, they were happy with me wearing a sweatpants. How these are more appropriate than denim short, I don't quite understand -- but these are their rules. However, they can lend you a pair of black trousers, if you need.

Ein sehr schönes modernes Apartment in Heviz nur in der verkehrten Lage.
Pros:

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist sehr gut bestückt, es ist praktisch alles da. Sehr gut ist auch die Anbindung zum Hotel. Thermalbad und Erlebnissbad. Im Preis mitdrin. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Lage der Terasse katastrophal.Sie leigt direkt an der Hauptstasse von Heviz. Der Autolärm nicht zu ertragen. Man versteht sein eigenes Wort nicht. Sehr schade, daduch können wir kein ausgezeichnet geben. Die Klimaanlage ist auf 23 Grad minimum eingestellt, einen Tick kälter wäre angebracht gewesen.
