Great location near town square, groceries, beaches. Host and staff very helpful. Decor was updated and pleasant.

Cons:

Water not very warm. No real kitchen, but enough that we could make our meals. Bare minimum plastic dishes.

The onsite washer/dryer @ $2 each seems convenient.
However, the washer barely agitates, nor dissolves the detergent.
Desperately needs servicing, do not use.
Also, don't expect guests i e. me to clean lint out, & wipe down surfaces before I started.
Needs way more periodic attention by staff.
Otherwise, room & common area very clean.
