Super Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis, modern, zweckmäßig und sauber.
Pros:

Lage ein wenig entfernt vom Centrum aber in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Dafür war die Wohngegend ruhiger.

Pros:

Чистые всем необходимым укомплектованные апартаменты: посуда, кастрюли сковородка средства для мытья посуды, мусорные мешки, мыло для рук, фен... Удобная кровать. Можно было брать круги для плавания в озере Хевиз. Нам с погодой не очень повезло, было холодно. На балконе успели посидеть только один день, когда приехали и было тепло на улице. А в самом номере всегда было тепло. Соседей почти не слышно. Улица тихая. Хозяева встретили, всё показали, отдали ключи и больше их не видели в течении недели. При выезде мы отдали ключи.

Cons:

Не понравились небольшие неудобства, что сделало бы жизнь комфортнее. Не было у кастрюль крышек, пришлось использовать обычные тарелки для слива воды. Не было дуршлага, чтобы сливать макароны.В душе нет занавески, лейка душа почему-то была расположена на уровне пояса, поэтому не удобно мыться и мыть голову, особенно когда холодно. Так же в такую холодную погоду негде сушить вещи после купания, на улице не высыхает, а в ванной комнате от мокрого воняет сыростью. Правда один раз хозяева включили батареи и полотенцесушитель в ванной, тогда всё высохло хорошо. Расположение далековато от озера. Мы ездили на машине до озера. Если бы ходили пешком, то потом бы пришлось обратно идти в гору. Для людей с проблемами опорнодвигательного аппарата, это сложно идти так далеко, да ещё и в гору.

Ár/érték arányban tökéletes.
Pros:

Nagyon kedves szállásadó, csendes utca! Köszönöm a rugalmasságot a szállásfoglalás időpontjának módosításával kapcsolatban!

Cons:

Azért nem tudok mindenre 5 csillagot adni, mert összehasonlításban sok más utazásom kényelme, a szobák felszereltsége, kilátás, stb. jobb volt, viszont ár/érték arányban tökéletes választás a Flamingó apartmanház! Hévíz pedig csodálatos, mint mindig! :)

Pros:

Heviz je vždy skvělý. Apartmán je malý, ale dostatečný. Klidná lokalita, výhodou je balkon.

Cons:

Vybavení v kuchyni bylo velmi úsporné, 2 hrnky, 2 lžičky, 2 vidličky, 2 talíře...pořád jsme museli něco umývat.

Odličan vikend u Hevizu
Pros:

Odličan novi apartman. Lijepo i čisto. Imaju kolutove za plivanje za goste.

Cons:

Mogao bi se posataviti paravan na terasi između apartmana. Drugi gosti su dolazili na naš dio terase.

Very nice accommodation and a lovely balcony
Pros:

Accommodation quite nice, rooms nicely furnished. Nice balcony. Good location to the centre.
Still have to pay local tax.

Cons:

Disadvantage: sometimes in the evening screaming children under the window, which is not pleasant. Otherwise ok.
