Pros:

Host/owner was very helpful. Very well guided provided that made an easy check-in/out. The host even listed out great food location, dessert, hi tea. i can only refer to the list and google it anyway. superb!
There are many and various pool provided which is good, easy access to the beach.
No breakfast included but there is a small cafe downstair, the food was ok and delicious. The facilities around the residence is well mannered. variety of food and coffee also in front of the residence.
