Pros:

Nino is a very hospitable, nice hostess. The guesthouse is located in the city center (you can reach all attractions by foot), but on a quiet street. Clean and comfortable room.
Нино очень гостеприимная, милая хозяйка. Гэстхауз расположен в центре города (до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком), но в тихом переулке. Чистая и комфортабельная комната.

Cons:

A small fridge would be beneficial.
Не хватало хотя бы небольшого холодильника.

Not a hotel.
Pros:

- A fantastic welcome and friendly, family-run service,
- right in the heart of the city.

Cons:

- a very small room, despite the “deluxe” in the name; the bathroom is so small that you can't open the door (it catches on the toilet seat),
- the Wi-Fi works, but there's no internet connection :)
- no remote control for the air conditioning; the room was very hot.

Furthermore, this is a guesthouse, not a hotel.
I don’t want to argue whether a guesthouse is better than a hotel.
But if I select “hotel” in the filters and see “Hotel” in the name, I expect a hotel, and here I found a guesthouse – a normal, private house.

We are fully satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place!
Pros:

Very good location. The interior has a Georgian vibe. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, with no complaints at all. The owner is extremely kind. The breakfast is incredibly tasty and generous!

Cons:

The only thing missing is a small bedside lamp, so you can turn off the main light before sleep and still have a soft additional light source.

Pros:

It was super pleasnt stay , this place is in very silent street right in the center.
The host is super nice , brekfast is amazing . Do not loose this opportunity to stay in this Gueshouse.

Ubytovanie bolo v pešej vzdialenosti do centra. Majiteľka bola veľmi príjemná, ústretová a napomocná. Keďže sme boli len na 1 noc, vybavenie izby nám uplne stačilo. Vyzeralo to presne ako na fotkách.

Cons:

Pre mňa bola ta izba malá, ale keďže som bola len na 1 noc, tak to nevnímam ako negatívum.

A warm welcome in the old city of Kutaisi.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό σε τρομερό σημείο δίπλα στο κέντρο.
Η οικοδέσποινα μας εξυπηρέτησε απίστευτα η πτήση μας έφτανε ξημερώματα μας περιμένει να κάνουμε check in μας εξήγησε τα πάντα ήταν πολύ βοηθητική.
