Pros:

Отличный мини-отель в самом центре. Все очень удобно, и, самое главное, - чисто! Ну и отдельно, конечно, необходимо отметить гостеприимство и заботу хозяйки.

Super friendly, great location, very comfortable!
Pros:

Super friendly host! Great location, really just a few minutes walk to basically anything. Comfortable room (bed was cosy, bathroom clean, plenty of space).
Also the airport pick-up was really easy.

Cons:

Not directly an issue of the property, but the upstairs neighbor decided to clean up his house all night long. This kept us awake and was quite annoying.

Очень уютный и комфортный отель! Номера чистые, всё аккуратно и продумано до мелочей, атмосфера спокойная и домашняя. Отличное расположение и приятный сервис сделали поездку ещё лучше. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяйку — невероятно милая, доброжелательная и внимательная женщина, благодаря которой чувствуешь себя как в гостях у хороших друзей. Всегда готова помочь и подсказать. С удовольствием остановимся здесь ещё раз!

Όλα υπεροχα! Η οικοδεσποινα ξυπνησα στις 3 το ξημερωμα να μας φτιαξει πρωινο γιατι η πτηση μας ηταν πολυ πρωι.
Μας βοηθησε επισης να παμε στο αεροδρομιο με transfer.
Τα δωματια πολυ ομορφα και ζεστά!

Zentrale Lage mit Familienanschluss
Pros:

Eine sehr familiäre Unterkunft. Liegt im Zentrum der Stadt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Eigentümerin Nina kümmert sich rührend um alle Belange. Frühstück ist auf Wunsch zubereitet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Jestem zachwycona zarówno apartamentem, jak i właścicielką obiektu. Miejsce zdecydowanie przewyższyło nasze oczekiwania. Już po wcześniejszych opiniach mogliśmy spodziewać się, że będzie dobrze, ponieważ wielu Polaków bardzo pozytywnie oceniało ten apartament, ale rzeczywistość okazała się jeszcze lepsza.

Pani właścicielka jest przemiłą i niezwykle pomocną osobą — zdecydowanie godna polecenia. Jeśli ponownie pojawimy się w Kutaisi, na pewno zarezerwujemy nocleg właśnie tutaj. Pokój był przeuroczy, bardzo czysty, ze świeżą i pachnącą pościelą. Dużym atutem jest także bezpośrednie wyjście na taras z pokoju na dole, co daje ogromny komfort.

Apartament znajduje się praktycznie w samym centrum, wszędzie można dojść pieszo. Nie mieliśmy również żadnego problemu z miejscem parkingowym pod obiektem. Pani, która nas meldowała, świetnie komunikuje się po angielsku, a dodatkowo częstuje gości domowym winem, co jest cudownym akcentem gruzińskiej gościnności.

Bardzo dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt — na pewno będziemy szczerze polecać to miejsce dalej.

Pros:

Naprosto nejlepší snídaně, kterou jsme měli možnost v Gruzii ochutnat, neuvěřitelně pestrá, bohatá, čerstvá! Rozhodně se vyplatí si ji připlatit.
Poloha ubytování v rámci města - pěší dostupnosti do centra, i dojezdu do okolních, turisticky atraktivních míst, vynikající.
Ubytování bylo čisté, útulné, s možností posezení na terase nebo ve společné místnosti.
Velmi milá a příjemná majitelka, vstřícná k požadavkům navíc (prodloužení doby pro check-in).
Nemělo chybu! Doporučuji!

Pros:

Hotel bien ubicado, facil de encontrar con explicaciones de la dueña. Desayuno brutal. Limpio, con aire acondicionado y calefaccion. Habia gel de baño. Wifi funcionaba bien. Dueña muy agradable y servicial.

Cons:

Por decir algo se me clavo algun muelle del colchon pero dormi como un bebe asi que nada para no dormir.
