Accoglienza, pulizia, tranquillità, nonostante fossi li per lavoro, ho avuto modo di assaporare il relax che si percepisce nella struttura. Purtroppo non ho avuto tempo di provare, palestra, piscina e tutto quei servizi offerti dalla struttura.
Avendo l'hotspot con il mio telefonino, non ho richiesto e provato la wifi della struttura, per questo non posso dire se sia valida o meno.

Schöne Einrichtung mit herrlich warmem Pool.
Pros:

Zimmer und Lage und Komfort waren wie schon vorher sehr gut. Besonders finde ich den sehr schön warmen Pool. Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption. Mein Wunsch nach einem Zimmer oben wurde auch bestens erfüllt.

Cons:

Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt dieses Mal leider etwas holperig. In der ersten Nacht wurde das Wasser abgestellt. Das war ohne Vorankündigung recht unschön. Am nächsten Abend ging der Fahrstuhl nicht und ich musste die vier Stockwerke per Treppe erledigen. Am dritten Abend von vieren ging die Eingangstür nicht auf und ich musste die Notfallnummer anrufen. Das fand ich etwas viel für vier Übernachtungen. Ausserdem würde ich dringend empfehlen, einen Kaffee Automaten für das Frühstück aufzustellen. Ich hatte wirklich Mühe, zwei Kaffee zum Frühstück zu erhalten. Normalerweise trinke ich drei, aber das hätte meine Frühstückszeit sehr ausgedehnt.

Kurzurlaub als Familie
Pros:

Saubere, gepflegte Anlage mit freundlichem Personal. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Es ist schade, dass man für die Küche extra bezahlen muss. Gerne hätten wir sie benutzt. Aber 30 CHF pro Nacht ist zu viel.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt im Tertianum. Mit grösserem Kind.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mit eigener Busstation. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung.
Nahe am Maggia-Delta. Schöner Fussweg nach Ascona.
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Hilfsbereites Personal.
Mit Hallenbad und Fitnessstudio.

Cons:

Keine Beanstandungen!!

schön, aber zu teuer für was man dann erlebt!

gut erreichbar, nähe See, kleines Gym gutes Frühstücken

Cons:

Kein Internet im Zimmer, keine Auskunft über Gäste-Karte mit Vergünstigungen, bei Ankunft keine Person an der Rezeption, Person im Restaurant freundlich, aber im Stress und nur italienische sprechend, man darf nicht kochen in der wohnung, ausser man zahlt einen fetten Aufpreis, im hauseigenen, kleinen Pool schwimmen ältere Damen und Herren, Bewohner, die offensichtlich keine Freude an Hotelgästen haben. Wir kommen nicht zurück. Sorry!

Horrible.
Cons:

Premier soir après avoir envoyé un mail de confirmation la réception n’a pas laissé la clé pour la chambre de coup premier nuit horrible on étais place dans une petite chambre et une des personnes a du dormir au sols même.
Lorsque on a les à eu lendemain on n’a pas eu des excuses et lorsque on a réclamé soit disons c’est nous qui avons mal compris ou on devez se rendre.
Bref plus jamais j’irais la va.
