Eher nicht für junge Familien geeignet.
Pros:

Die Lage war bis auf die Baustelle direkt vor der Tür und die eher schlechte Zufahrt zum Hotel ganz gut. Ein kleiner Fußmarsch entfernt lag eine schöne Badi, die mit 13.-/Person eher etwas teuer war aber einiges zu bieten hatte. Die Innenstadt war ebenfalls nach wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings nur bis 17:30 Uhr anzutreffen.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft wurde als Familienfreundlich angeboten, allerdings glich sie eher einer Seniorenresidenz. Während des Frühstücks neben einem älteren Herren, dessen Hosen in den Kniekehlen hing, war eher etwas unangenehm, weil man auch mit Kleinkind eher das Bedürfnis hatte, darauf zu achten, dass es die älteren Herrschaften nicht stören sollte. Die Wohnung war eher spartanisch eingerichtet und es hat definitiv an einer Klimaanlage gemangelt, die bei diesen Temperaturen und dem Preis ein Muss sein sollte. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nochmals, bei diesem Preis hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet. An sich wurde man zwar fündig am kleinen Buffet, aber wir hätten uns etwas mehr Aufschnitt und Vielfalt gewünscht.

Empfehlung für kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Größe des Appartments, Sauberkeit insgesamt, das Bad mit Duschsitz, großer Balkon, gute Betten, Freundlichkeit des Personals (alle!), schöne Terrasse und Garten.

Cons:

Wlan funktionierte im Appartment nicht, nur im Bereich der Rezeption und Bar/Restaurant. Räume sind nicht klimatisiert, bei Hitze trotz Ventilator eine echte Herausforderung. Frühstück ist ok, könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Wohnzimmercouch schön, aber viel zu niedrig für Senioren zum Aufstehen.

Pros:

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep.

Cons:

not clearly state that the property is a pension house. We believe this information should be made clear so that guests know what to expect before booking. We also found the breakfast to be quite limited and below our expectations.

Sehr schöner ruhiger Aufenthalt, Zentrum in Gehweite
Pros:

Sehr großes Appartment, sehr ruhig, sehr sauber. Große Terasse mit Parkblick
kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank.
Keine Klimaanlage (das ist ok, es war auch keine gelistet)
Wunderschöne Anlage in einem sehr gehobenen Seniorenheim.
