Gostei só porem sugeria um varal de chão e 2 cadeiras de praia 1 guarda sol dai ficaria melhor ainda

Pros:

Localização excelente, flat próximo ao supermercado, a farmácias e ao hospital. A feira de artesanato é ao lado, a praia fica a poucos metros. Apartamento bem equipado, higienizado e portaria com segurança.

Cons:

Na lavanderia a agua do tanque não abria a torneira.
Na cozinha a pia por baixo precisava ser higenizada.
Não tinha coador, filtro, nem cafeteira para fazer um café. Compramos um coador.
No prédio e no apartamento há um certo cheiro de esgoto.

O que mais gostei? difícil, pois tudo foi maravilhoso! Desde a pressão da água do chuveiro kkkk , a organização, limpeza, facilidade de acesso, disponibilidade de itens de higiene geral! Obrigada pelo cuidado e atenção! ☺️

Tive dificuldades com o ventilador, só acertava desligar após várias tentativas! Nada que um passo a passo breve, colado atrás da porta, não resolva!
