Ottima posizione in zona tranquilla e con un bellissimo panorama. Consigliatissimo.
Pros:

Ottimo l'accesso al lago di Molveno, alla piscina ed ai campi da tennis che si trovano praticamente davanti alla struttura (è sufficiente attraversare la strada). Anche la fermata della navetta è praticamente davanti al residence e porta anche agli impianti di risalita. La posizione è silenziosa e panoramica allo stesso tempo. Consigliatissimo per tutti ma noi che eravamo una famiglia in soggiorno con anziani è andata anche meglio.

Cons:

Nulla. Forse qualche pentola della dotazione della cucina è da sostituire ma era comunque completa di tutto il necessario per cucinare.

Pros:

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget var perfekt nära Molvenosjön och lägenheten var fräsch och välstädad. Utsikten var enastående.

Very Good stay in Residence Rio Piccolo Molveno
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Molveno is beautiful.
Clean and neat residence.

Cons:

We could use a few more towels from the start... however, we asked for some more and we received them at our front door the next day. So very good service anyways. :)

Pros:

Very lovely property in a great location. The underground secure parking was good. Although the check in takes place at a hotel nearby, everything went very well, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Entrance and exit ramp very steep with limited view when exiting onto the road. Would recommend your passenger makes sure the road it clear when exiting, as the view is very restricted due to bushes.
I would not recommend parking in the garage if you have a low vehicle due to the steepness of the ramp.
For reference my vehicle is a BMW M4, and all was good.
