Cons:

- Apartments need to be fumigated.
- Old TV, unable to watch netflx or YT
- No washing machine in apartment.
- Poor comms - I requested a late check out and this was ignored.

Good lodging, great location, clean and I felt safe,
Pros:

The property and its location are excellent. It was conducive for my business travel needs. The only not too good to watch out for are the rates. I got a reasonable rate this time but my experience with my many travels to Nairobi is that rates changes frequently. As a regular business traveler to Nairobi, I wouldn’t mind making the property my place to stay if the rates remain reasonable.

The apartment, the pool and location was really nice.

Cons:

Please buy more kitchen appliances, a cooking pan and a knife most importantly.A washing machine will be also nice.

The staff were so responsive we had a 2bedroom just for us big enough than I expected extra beds if we could have had visitors.

Pros:

Close to other people without compromising privacy. The staff, especially at the gate, were fantastic.

Cons:

The unit was not cleaned thoroughly. There was dust in many places, such as the TV cabinet. The shower was clogged when we arrived. This was sorted but ideally management should check the units before guests check in.
