We loved our comfy stay at this little oasis - perfectly located just outside the hustle n bustle!
Pros:

We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed an extra night! Very comfy room, lovely staff and appreciated accommodations made by management to enhance our stay. Had a lovely warm, welcome from Jammin' the resident biggie and tour guide doggies. Guests staying at the same time were also lovely people! Beautiful grounds and private patio with hammock. Room was very comfortable and we appreciated the freezer to set up up for our road trip the next day. Bed was super comfortable with perfectly soft and not overstuffed pillows! A rarity. AC worked perfectly and nice bathroom, shower and fluffy soft towels. Thanks so much Julia and staff, we'd visit again if in the area.

Cons:

The only downside is that you can hear the traffic on the road and nearby intersection during the daytime. This wasn't an issue at night though and we both slept like logs!

The Vibras Are Real
Pros:

There's so much to say about what we loved about this property. First, the hosts were incredibly accommodating. We didn't plan to arrive early, but got to the property about 45 minutes before check-in time, and they gave us access. We also requested late checkout, as it was our last day in Costa Rica and our flight didn't leave until 7 pm, and the hosts accommodated our request for a small fee. The overall feel of the property was so tranquil, and the common spaces were beautiful and very clean. The staff worked each morning to maintain the property, pool, and pathways. Also, the optional breakfast, with three choices, was great and reasonably priced! Finally, the property is super walkable, @ 1 km to the beach and less than that for many of the great restaurants in Potrero.

Cons:

A small thing...the room was a bit dark, without much natural light, but there were several lamps and an overhead light to make up for it;o)

Wonderful place to chill, responsive human hosts, and excellent animal hosts
Pros:

We loved the well established garden areas, the front patio with hammock and laundry rack at our villa, and the pool lounge areas. We also enjoyed watching all the animals!

Cons:

The kitchen was functional, but not the most well-equipped.

Wonderful staff, facility, location, price. Loved it all! Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The location was perfect! We loved everything about it - staff, facilities, domestic and wild animals, heard, and most mornings, saw howler monkeys! Loved the dogs and potbellied pig we named Miss Piggy. Per Pablo's instructions,
we didn't feed or pet her and didn't leave food on our porch. The dogs were friendly and loved having them around
to pet and enjoy. So peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. Good price for a studio. Beach within walking distance, a huge plus!
Restaurants, coffee shops, and market within walking distance.

Cons:

Wouldn't change a thing!

Amazing property nestled in the trees with very spacious, clean, and cozy villas. We especially loved the very cool open air shower! Walking distance to restaurants and the beach, nice hosts and beautiful property. Would recommend if you are in Potrero!

Bastante verde e com animais porém sem campainha pra chamar na chegada
Pros:

Quarto grande. Parece uma mini casinha com geladeira e pia. Animais que vivem no jardim

Cons:

Para chegar desde a rua principal precisa pegar uma rua de barro cheia de buracos. São quase 150 metros muito ruim. Eles nao possuim campainha e se vc nao tiver Internet ficaria na mão. Eles explicam via mensagem e repassam a senha por se acaso chegam e se dam conta, mas no meu caso eu fiz a reserva e logo peguei o carro e na estrada estava sem Internet por sorte meu amigo tinha um chip local e conseguiu ligar. Acho que nao custa nada ter uma campainha
