Pros:

Yulia, our hostess, was delightful and was available for any inquiries. The room was large and well decorated. There are 2 courtyards where you could relax. The breakfast had a large selection of choices. The location was close to the train station, 6 minute walk, and to local attractions.

The owner was very welcoming.
The comfortable, spacious apartment is extremely aesthetically pleasing and is located in the historic part of the city, within a few minutes (5-20) walk of many attractions.

Phenomenal stay.
Pros:

The place was beautiful and very clean. Praises to the host as she was extremely helpful when I was dealing with a lost passport. She was instrumental in helping me obtain my passport. Very very thankful to her. She definitely went above and beyond. Absolutely beautiful and spacious room. Loved the property!

We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back.
Pros:

The property was beautiful and the room was very large. The manger was very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast provided was exceptional. Loved the cappuccino and pastries!

Cons:

The shower temperature could have been a little warmer.

Totally beautiful, wish I was staying longer. Amazing host Yulia.
Pros:

Great breakfast selection, cookies, pastries, cereal, pastries, meats, cheese, breads, yogurt, fruit, jams, eggs, juices, bottled water, amazing!

Cons:

I couldn't find tissues in my room, otherwise the room had everything you could want or have forgotten, dental kit, shaving kit, nail /makeup kit, shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, several flavors of tea.

Unexcusable I was told everyone is using the water at the same time. Got burned using the shower.
Cons:

Unexcusable. Shower. Low water pressure to no water. Either ice cold or scorching hot. Took me 45mins to try to wash my hair and shower. Unexcusable. Kitchen had no towel had to use my bath towel. The tea kettle had no plug in the kitchen to use. Never coming back. Asking for a refund.

One of my favourite places to stay in Italy
Pros:

The apartment was lovely, clean with quality furnishings, the staff polite and very helpful and breakfast was plentiful with a good range of food.
The location was just one street away from the main areas and at both ends of the street are two UNESCO World Heritage sites.
For the price it is certainly one of my favourite places to stay in Italy

The photos on Booking.com do not do the property justice
