Außergewöhnlich, hochwertig ausgestattet
Pros:

Unsere Zeit im Martin Residence De Lux in Ravenna war schlicht hervorragend. Die Unterkunft verbindet modernen Komfort mit einer angenehmen, fast familiären Atmosphäre. Schon bei der Ankunft fiel auf, wie gepflegt und stilvoll das gesamte Haus ist – alles wirkt hochwertig, sauber und sehr gut organisiert.

Das Apartment selbst war großzügig geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Betten, die ruhige Umgebung und die durchdachten Details in der Ausstattung. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gelegt wird.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Man erreicht das historische Zentrum von Ravenna schnell und bequem, gleichzeitig liegt die Unterkunft ruhig genug, um nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen entspannen zu können. Auch Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar.

Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die Gastfreundschaft. Der Service war freundlich, zuverlässig und immer hilfsbereit – Fragen oder Wünsche wurden schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Dadurch fühlten wir uns von Anfang an willkommen.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella ed elegante, posizione top, personale molto gentile. Appena siamo arrivati ci ha chiesto la targa per comunicarla alla polizia locale per poter passare in Ztl e ci ha dato un tagliandino per poter pagare il parcheggio 5 euro al giorno. Premesso che il parcheggio era a 100 mt. Altra cosa, visto la disponibilità, ci hanno permesso di fare il chek-in 2 ore prima del previsto.

Der Aufenthalt in Ravenna war spannend und schön, die Unterkunft enttäuschend.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut. Allerdings war die Unterkunft schwer zu finden, weil sie von aussen nicht als Hotel oder Pension zu erkennen war. Zudem gab es vor dem Haus gerade eine Baustelle...

Cons:

Aus der Booking-Plattform war angegeben, dass die Unterkunft rollstuhlgerecht sei (Filter "Gesamte Wohneinheit rollstuhlgerecht"). Damit das zutrifft, genügt es nicht, dass das Zimmer sich im Erdgeschoss befindet. Einerseits gab es dennoch überall Schwellen und Absätze, in kurzen Abständen, für den Rollstuhl-Transfer schwierig. Andererseits war das Badezimmer in keiner Weise für Menschen mit Behinderungen eingerichtet (Dusche ohne Handbrause [nur mit Deckenschauer], nirgends Haltegriffe, Spiegel viel zu hoch angebracht).
