広くて使い勝手も良かったです
Pros:

すすきの駅からスーツケースを持って歩いて10分以内、広くて使い勝手もよく良かったです。家電や食事等のものが全て揃っていて、助かりました。次のところに移動するのに、洗濯物がなかったのが有難かったです。
スタッフの方とは全く会わず、メールでのやり取りのみで完結しますが、丁寧に対応していただいて、安心して泊まれました。近くにコンビニやレストランが沢山あり、食べる楽しみも多かったです。昼間も夜もほとんど静かで、ゆっくり休めました。
チェックアウトもメールをいただき、ゴミの心配までしていただき、ありがとうございました。

Cons:

残念ながら、浴槽が汚れていて、はじめシャワーだけで済ませていましたか、寒い時期だったのと、温まって疲れを落としたかったので、浴槽のお掃除をして入りました。机の上にも前の方の？髪の毛が落ちていて、お掃除の徹底をお願いしたいです。

Pros:

大変綺麗で、ソファベッドも快適でした。
部屋も寒さを感じず、ほんとに快適に過ごせました。
初めての北海道旅行で不安だらけの中、施設の方に大変親切にしていただき嬉しかったです。

出入りがいつでもできてストレスフリーでした。
清潔感あってよかったです！

Cons:

トイレットペーパーのストックが足りずコンビニで買い足しました、、あとはエアコンの暖房機能が使えず電気ストーブ？のみだったので十分な換気は必要かとおもいました。

Pros:

Close to restaurants and shops. The shower was excellent with very strong pressure.

Pros:

Spacious with living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and entrance area. There's also a projector in the living room although we didn't use it.

Cons:

Location is not as central as compared to if you booked directly next to a train station. The place is very near the shiseikan tram stop, which is one stop away from the Susukino station stop - meaning we could choose to either walk or take the tram to Susukino station. Since the tram charges a flat rate, we chose to walk most of the time.

Pros:

Good location near Susukino station, a lot of restaurants around. Size is fine for two people, if you want seperate beds, one of the beds is a sofa bed, which is servicable. Clean and quiet, shower good, small kitchen which we didn't use and a laundry machine.

Cons:

Smart TV was weird and not always functional. Second bed is a bed sofa, not the most comfortable.

Pros:

Good location for easy access to bus stops, street cars and metro, and close to the downtown area, while still far enough to have full silence and darkness at night

Cons:

Would suggest a bigger room with more beds if you don't plan for 2 people to sleep together on the bed

Great stay in Sapporo!!
Pros:

Great location, located right in Susukino where there are tons of food and entertainment options. Subway station is located nearby and we took a taxi back to Sapporo Station which was pretty cheap as well. Access was easy using door codes and the rooms are very comfortable. Washer/dryer and small kitchen are nice amenities. Highly recommended!!
