Incredible! Comfortable, beautiful apartment in a great location with great hosts
Pros:

Casa 95 is absolutely gorgeous. From the amazing old front door, to the beautiful, tranquil atrium, the entrance is stunning. There is a lift which we used to take us to the 2nd floor where we rented the penthouse. The lift was great as I had a fractured foot ... The apartment was clean, cool and the bed was huge and so comfortable with lovely cotton sheets. The best part of it was the private plunge pool outside the kitchen. It was so lovely to sit in there when it was 42 degrees!
The location was excellent in Alameda de Hercules (stop number 12 on the City Bus Tour Route) loads of bars, restaurants, cafes even a small Dia supermarket.
The communication from the hosts was incredible, very swift and helpful responses, lots of information too.
We loved our stay and had an amazing time - I would definitely recommend Casa 95 and hope to return one day

The worst experience of my life. Do not stay here worst experience I have ever had.

Not a thing about it. they kicked me out because I asked for a different room because I was not happy with how they mislabeled the place. when they said no and I asked booking.com to cancel the reservation they went in my room while I was at dinner and FORCEABLE REMOVED MY THINGS. They then kicked me out in the cold when I still had paid the night to stay at the place but they told me the money was for fees for them? No sorry that was not the case. DO NOT STAY HERE. ps when they charge double for a room with a queen bed and a "pool" that does not function as said in the title. Just know that the "penthouse room" you will pay double the money for is the exact same as the ground level unit only the ground level unit is a king sized bed. If you immediately get in the place and ask them to switch your room all they will give you is attitude and then kick you out for not liking the place so again. DON'T STAY HERE. I never take the time to write these reviews this is my first negative one in 5 years but you better believe if you treat me as these people did I will take the time.

Cons:

Everything. This was the worst stay experience I have ever had with Booking.com and I have used the platform religiously for about 5 years now. I have never written a negative review before.

Pros:

La localisation était parfaite pour arriver dans le centre après une belle ballade. L'appartement est situé sur une place animée mais dès que vous fermer la perte, plus de bruit. Personnel à l'écoute et très aimable. Une petite attention pour notre fille et une bouteille de cava offerte pour la nouvelle année. Expérience top ! Vu notre arrivée matinale, Madame a bien voulu venir plus tôt nous accueillir et garder nos valises jusqu'au check in l'après midi

DORMITORIO LOW COST!!! FATE ATTENZIONE

Abbiamo chiesto alla struttura se era possibile tenere nella prenotazione per 3 posti anche una bambina di 4 anni che dorme ancora nel letto matrimoniale quindi non comportava nessun letto aggiuntivo e abbiamo ricevuto conferma - salvo poi rinfacciarcelo ingiustificatamente quando ci siamo lamentati per la condizione FATISCENTE dell'alloggio DORMITORIO che non si puo neppure chiamare appartamento (figuriamoci deluxe!)

Abbiamo prenotato un APPARTAMENTO DELUXE (in cui era previsto un divano letto) per 2adulti+1bambino
L esperienza è stata PESSIMA E STRESSANTE e "NON" conforme a quanto prenotato. IL PREZZO richiesto è un INSULTO Non solo non c'è niente di DELUXE ma è PROPRIO UN POSTO DA EVITARE
Gli alloggi al 1PIANO sono CLAUSTROFOBICI con soffitto bassissimo (forse 2,40 m) e una porta d’ingresso per i sette anni alta appena 1,95 m, praticamente uno SGABUZZINO
BUIO e senza privacy: tutte le finestre affacciano su un pozzo luce o su direttamente sul corridoio di ingresso e quindi non si possono aprire
BASSA QUALITA' e pessima manutenzione: il materasso sprofonda (fra i peggiori mai provati), la porta "scorrevole" del bagno era rotta non si riusciva ad aprire/chiudere se non spingendola con due mani (il bambino di 8 anni non riusciva a muoverla)
il peggio è stato il divano letto ROTTO. appena arrivati come terzo letto abbiamo trovato una BRANDINA (NON RICHIUDIBILE) davanti al divano rotto che rendeva IMPRATICABILE E ORRIBILE la zona pranzo (che era anche ingresso con tavolo e cucina)
Non sapendo che fosse rotto ho provato ad aprire il divano letto che volevo usare come terzo letto per richiuderlo di giorno Comunque era inutilizzabile e non sono riuscita a richiuderlo e la zona giorno già terribile è' diventata un INCUBO
atteggiamento della proprieta INACCETTABILE: Nonostante il divano letto ROTTO fosse una violazione evidente del contratto, ha persino tentato di attribuire a noi la colpa perché non dovevamo aprire il divano letto "previsto" nella prenotazione (e quindi pagato)
Neppure la signora delle pulizie, il giorno dopo, è riuscita a richiudere il divano letto e la proprietaria che non " riusciva" a rimettere in ordine la situazione ha deciso di concederci un"upgrade SENZA NOSTRO CONSENSO e la notte prima della partenza ci siamo ritrovati COSTRETTI A TRASLOCARE PERCHE AVEVAMO I LETTI SENZA LENZUOLA!!

Localização super boa. Pegamos a suíte com piscina privativa. Toda equipada. Deu tudo certo

Acho que deveria ser informado que na rua em frente a acomodação não passa carro, apenas a pé.
O ruído do quarto ao lado atrapalhou bastante, principalmente, na madrugada, momento em que acordei com susto, achando que era na minha suíte… acho que a porta que liga as duas suítes deixa vazar muito som

Pros:

Het appartement is tip-top in orde. Is onderdeel van een 'aparthotel" in een geheel verbouwd klassiek pand.
De ligging kan niet beter: centraal aan een mooi 'rambla-achtig' plein met veel gezellige terrassen.
Vlakbij oude centrum. Ook Triana en Macarena op loopafstand.

Cons:

Niet echt een probleem, maar parkeren in de buurt is erg lastig. Via beheerder kun je - met korting - terecht in parking Saba Plaza Concordia. 600 meter van appartement, 30 € per dag.

Honnêtement le fait de ne pas pouvoir utiliser la piscine/jacuzzi mais c'était indiqué dans l'annonce et nous avions pas lu donc aucuns reproches possible👌
