Perfect location with view on Las Setas. Many tapas bars just in nearest neighbourhood to choose from. Carrefour express downstairs.

Très bien pour découvrir Seville
Pros:

La localisation était idéale pour découvrir Seville : proche de tout, beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Le logement est facile d’accès et bien équipé.

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé que les serviettes soient changées au moins une fois pendant notre séjour. Nous n’avons vu aucun personnel.

Marzo è un mese consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Tanto verde, profumo di zagare ovunque.
Siviglia storica: davvero eccezionale, interessante connubio di culture!

Cons:

La sporcizia: bicchieri, lattine, sacchetti, cartoni...abbandonati a terra nei pressi dei McDonald's, davvero un peccato!
Riguardo all'appartamento...i codici per entrare hanno creato ansia, purché non sempre aprivano le porte!

We especially liked the central location, which made it very easy to get around. The apartment was spacious and offered plenty of room for a family. There was also ample storage space, and the beds in both rooms were practical. The kitchenette was relatively new and functional. The apartment was also fairly clean overall.

Cons:

The building is starting to show its age and would benefit from renovation, which is also noticeable in the apartment itself. The interior felt quite basic and not very cozy. While functional, the overall atmosphere was somewhat impersonal. For the price level, the quality and comfort did not fully meet expectations, especially compared to hotel options with breakfast included.

Pros:

Tutto pulito, in ordine, non manca nulla nel appartamento. Siamo stati davvero soddisfatti , anche la posizione è centrale e si può attivare dappertutto a piedi.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, si trova a las setas in un punto totalmente centrale per raggiungere i luoghi migliori di Siviglia da visitare.
Tutto sommato è accogliente e con quel che basta per avere appartamento come punto di appoggio (noi eravamo fuori tutto il giorno).

Cons:

Scarsa manutenzione...primo giorno arrivati, il pomello dietro la porta è caduto perché non fissato/agganciato.
Il porta sapone rotto uguale perche si sganciava.
Il silicone della doccia usurato e un po' giallo/nero.
Presenza di senza tetto nel weekend sotto il portone di ingresso (capisco che qui si possa fare poco...mai sentita sensazione di insicurezza comunque sia, anche tornando alle 22, ma di disagio si).
Classico appartamento con gestione con codici, quindi non vedi e non senti nessuno da quando arrivi a quando vai via se non hai problemi, se li hai non saprei.
