Pros:

The location for us for good, 45 mins pleasant walk to city centre. Apartment was clean and had a little balcony, no view unfortunately. Downstairs grocery shop open till late with fab fresh orange juice. Beds were very comfy, two bathrooms for six of us worked perfectly and there was no issues with water pressure or temperature. We didn't had a chance to visit the pool, but definitely want to come back to Seville, wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Pros:

Literie très confortable.
Appartment bien équipé et propre dans l'ensemble.
La possibilité d'aller au centre de Séville à pieds.

Cons:

L'appartement mériterait peut être un lessivage des murs.
La vue n'était pas celle que j'imaginais avec les photos lorsque j'ai réservé. Mais pour dormir ce n'est pas gênant.

Buena ubicación junto al hospital
Pros:

Fui por motivos médicos, conque la ubicación junto al hospital me vino de maravilla.
Además es la segunda vez que repito el mismo alojamiento. Conque fenomenal!

Demasiado caro
Pros:

La ubicación bien, al lado de los hospitales tiene bus directo a la estación y al centro.

Las instalaciones nuevas y modernas aunque mejor no mirar por la ventana ya que lo que se ve es como un patio privado lleno de basura.

La cama de matrimonio era muy cómoda y las almohadas perfectas.

Para dos personas está genial.

Cons:

No me gustó no poder apagar la luz del microondas por la noche que ilumina toda la estancia.

No había ni una botella de agua en la nevera y es un detalle que cuenta mucho en mi opinión.

Éramos tres adultos y uno tuvo que dormir en el sofá cama, con un colchón muy incómodo. Cuando reservamos seleccionamos dos dormitorios, uno para las chicas y otro para un compañero de trabajo, y supuestamente había uno independiente, pero resulta que no eran dos camas, era una cama en el salón y un sofá… están en la misma estancia junto con la cocina. Nos hubiera gustado saberlo antes de ir. Creo que es un poco confuso que alquilen según la cantidad de personas y no según el número de habitaciones que yo he seleccionado… supongo que lo hacen para asegurarse que no va nadie de más pero yo que viajo mucho por trabajo creo que es bastante incómodo tener que dormir con los compañeros en la misma estancia sin intimidad ninguna. Igual booking debería aclarar esto de seleccionar dos dormitorios y que acabe siendo dos camas en el mismo cuarto.

Ruim stadsappartement met prima bed.
Pros:

De locatie en het appartement/ studio met balkon. In voor en nazeizoen lekker om te zitten. Naast een dyalisecentum van het ziekenhuis waar je een beetje van kunt zien en aan de andere kant een parkje om het ziekenhuis heen aan een drukke straat. Prima bed en ruimte genoeg voor 2 personen. Wij hadden problemen met de waterdruk en temperatuur maar na melding kwam er meteen iemand en werd het opgelost. Centrum makkelijk te bereiken met bus 1 en 37. Levendige buurt met winkeltjes en cafes. Parkeergarage Hospital low cost op 7 minuten lopen van appartement maar dan betaal je 7 euro per dag en is de moeite waard. In en uitchecken allemaal digitaal en je ontvangt een paar uur voor aankomst de deurcodes. Winkel onder appartement handig voor vers brood. Zwembad oo het dak maar voor nu te koud.

Cons:

Het onderhoud heeft wat aandacht nodig. Wastafel en gootsteen lopen heel slecht leeg.
Knop wc half afwezig, lampknop afzuigkap weg, gordijn hangt deels los. Er is geen schilmes, houten lepel en kurkentrekker aanwezig, zou handig zijn.
Isolatie is niet goed dus hoor je veel geluid van buiten. Van de straat en ook continu ambulances.
Ook het pand zelf is gehorig. Toch hebben wij het hier 5 dagen erg naar ons zin gehad.
