Abbiamo prenotato x 2 notti in Appartamento in questa struttura. A causa di un disguido lavorativo non abbiamo avvisato la struttura che non saremmo arrivati il giorno del checkin previsto. Siamo arrivati il giorno seguente, la struttura al pieno dei suoi diritti ci ha annullato la prenotazione, ma non restituito i soldi (se non i 34 € delle pulizie) e quando ci siamo presentati il 2* giorno della nostra prenotazione ha preteso il pagamento di quella notte senza in alcun modo venirci incontro. Purtroppo neanche la qualità dei letti é stata all'altezza del prezzo che abbiamo pagato perché i nostri collaboratori hanno dormito su brandine scomode e strette che li ha portati a non chiudere occhio durante la notte. Ribadisco la struttura si é comportata seguendo la legge e ha agito nel pieno dei suoi diritti, ma é il venire incontro al cliente che lo fa tornare.

Pros:

Réservation pour 2 nuits et deux appartements. L'un très spacieux et moderne parfait. Le second a un mobilier plus ancien mais tout de même confortable et de bonne taille. Très bien.

Nulla di buono, esperienza da non ripetere

Arredamento anni 80, vasistas con infiltrazioni che scorrevano lungo le pareti. Bagno molto datato provo di qualsiasi piano di appoggio. Cucina senza forno, neanche uno a microonde con utensili contati. wi-fi buono solo per qualche messaggio whatsapp tanto da preferirie il non utilizzo. Prezzo altissimo per l'alloggio fornito. Letto singolo aggiuntivo a pagamento prenotato come divano letto, ma ci siamo trovati una vecchissima poltrona sporca priva di materasso. L'appartamento da me prenotato è da considerarsi un monolocale mansardato e non un appartamento, ho dei dubbi anche sulla metratura, ma va beh. Siamo dovuti andare a chiedere asciugamani per la bimba di 3 anni pagante ed anche del sale e dell'olio, dato che in cucina c'era a malapena una stufa.
