Lovely hotel and will definitely look at booking the same room again!
Pros:

The Pool is a very nice area. This particular room has the privacy of facing bushland and some water views. Very nice.

Cons:

Upon arrival, our access pass didn't work three times. We had to go to reception three times and this was very frustrating.

Pros:

The location was great. And the hotel was busy and had a good vibe.

Cons:

The noise was bad I could hear the ppl in the room next door and across from me screaming and playing really loudly with kids until midnight the sound really travelled.
I did not realise when we booked that it was separate from the hotel. When I got there they did not want to show me which way to walk to my room and I also asked for a firmer pillow to which they said yes and then left a note saying no because of how I had booked. We booked the room because we needed it and it was the only one we could get it was extremely expensive for what it was which I assume is because it was peak season. The room didn’t feel that clean and it was inconvenient if I was to contact you to request a pillow when the hotel had. I found it really weird being in the hotel but being unable to get any service.

Walking distance to the town and beach.

Cons:

The resort and room are looking pretty tired.
Mattress was soft, and the bed was small (double). This room is quite large, so it could accommodate a queen bed.
TV remote still needs batteries (see feedback April 2024).
The room can hear all the noise in the corridor, slamming doors and conversations. We could hear the voices and television from next door.

This place is ok for a short stay when not busy.
Pros:

Swimming pool

Cons:

Air conditioning couldn’t cool the room down, room etc slightly past its best, pillows needed renewing, not enough parking when busy. Poor cafe facility.
