Estaba bien ubicado, la habitación era amplia, la ducha estaba muy bien, las camas no estaban mal. De tamaño estaba bien

Wifi iba muy mal, no había nunca nadie en recepción. La luz del baño no funciona bien, hay que darle 6595 veces para conseguir que se mantenga encendida, hace algún tipo de cortocircuito.

Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and secure. It was very close to the city centre and within walking distance from many attractions. The host was very attentive and helpful when we needed some assistance.

Cons:

The light in the bathroom was not stable and we had to switch on and off a few times for it to work.

Останавливсь не в первый раз.
Очень чистый, светлый, уютный номер.
Есть всё необходимое, утюг есть на ресепшен.
Расположение великолепное - 3 мин до Северного проспекта..Тмхий двор. Рядом много ресторанов. .
Можно было заселиться утром.
Присылают удобную инструкцию, как их найти.
Хороший интернет.
Рекомендую.

Прекрасный недорогой апартотель в центре Еревана.Замечательный дружелюбный хозяин.
Pros:

Очень понравилось расположение отеля.Отличные комнаты со всем необходимым.Бесконтактное заселение и очень любезный хозяин Давид.Отель расположен не на центральной улице ,а в глубине двора.Нетрудно отыскать,т.к. хозяин присылает подробное видео.Зато никакого шума ночью.А это огромная проблема многих отелей в центре.Без проблем заселили на 3 часа раньше check in-спасибо огромное.Приедем еще не раз.

Недорогой маленький апартотель в центре
Pros:

Все отлично-быстрое бесконтактное заселение,прекрасное расположение-все достопримечательности близко.И остановка микроавтобуса до аэропорта в 5 минутах ходьбы.Уличный шум не мешает,отель расположен в глубине двора.

O optiune f buna si interesanta, cel putin ca city break, cu un raport pret - calitate excelent :)!!
Pros:

Cronologic, mi-a placut de la inceput faptul ca David (proprietarul/administratorul) mi-a trimis din timp coordonatel f utile (filmare, mod de acces al apartamentului) ceea ce a eliminat din start eventuale dificultati de a gasi locul.In plus, mi-a recomandat obiective de vizitat in scurtul timp petrecut in Erevan. Per total, Erevan si Armenia mi-au depasit asteptarile (oameni calzi, cu talent artistic (pictura, prelucrare argint, muzica etc), un oras "viu", peisaje incantatoare si spectaculoase, iar apartamentul a fost o foarte buna alegere pt scurta noastra sedere), cochet, curat si dotat cu lucruri de calitate. Il voi recomanda si altora!

Cons:

M-a intristat putin ca nu am vazut nicio fantana arteziana functionala in Erevan, dar am inteles ca ele functioneaza pe durata verii.
