Pros:

Первый раз была в Ереване. Рада, что выбрала этот отель, все было комфортно. Находится в красивом центре. В глубине двора есть маленький недорогой магазинчик с едой до позднего вечера. Добираться по видео ролику удобно и понятно. Обязательно нужен WhatsApp на телефоне. Платить наличными. Можно оставить багаж до отправления в аэропорт - за это большое спасибо!

В номере чисто. Все необходимое в целом есть. Здорово, что есть торшер - для вечернего времяпрепровождения самое то

Шумно. До 2 ночи слышны были и шум от дороги и крики, пьяный ор с улицы.
В душевой кабине не хватает полочки для геля/шумпуня и пр.
Держатель для туалетной бумаги хорошо тоже повесить, или заделать дыры, чтобы никто ек знал, что он там когда - то был 😊

Прекрасное местоположение, довольно простое заселение с хорошей инструкцией, всё было чётко и понятно. Номер чистый, кровати удобные, wi-fi работал быстро. Хороший менеджер все хорошо. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус, магазины, всё рядлм. При этом в номере тихо, так как отель находится на 6 и 7 этажах. Очень рекомендуем.

Cons:

Рекомендую не нарушать время выселения, лучше даже съехать минут на 5 раньше. Мы опоздали с этим на 20 мин и получили неожиданно жесткий выговор от горничной.

Уборка комнат 1 раз в 3 дня. Полотенца не меняют.
Если что-то нужно, бегаешь по этажу и ищешь обслуживающий персонал. Звонки на ресепшен ничего не решали.

Dirty place not recommended at all

I have been visiting Armenia every year for the past five years and have stayed in many accommodations across different cities. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst place I have ever stayed.

I arrived around 10:00 p.m. and immediately noticed that the blankets were dirty. They were so unhygienic that we couldn’t use them at all. The pillows had a terrible smell, so we didn’t use those either. The towels were also old, stained, and appeared unclean.

I contacted the owner right away and sent him photos of the issues. He came the next morning to collect the payment, but instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he simply said he would inform the housekeeper to prevent this from happening again.

I also told him that I had cancelled my remaining booking because of the poor condition of the accommodation. His only concern seemed to be collecting his money, and he never apologized for the poor service or the unacceptable cleanliness.

I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting Armenia. Cleanliness and basic hospitality were completely lacking, making this a very disappointing experience

Отличное расположение - самый центр, все интересные места Еревана в пешей доступности. Окна выходили не на дорогу, поэтому было тихо. Рядом находится очень вкусный ресторанчик Анжело (если правильно запомнила название). По стоимости в центре города это был самый доступный вариант с современным ремонтом. Нам все понравилось. Рекомендуем.

Άνετο δωμάτιο με καλό κλιματιστικό, ευρύχωρο μπάνιο, καλή ένταση νερού στο νερό. Μου επέτρεψαν να αφήσω τα πράγματα νωρίτερα από το τσεκιν κάτι που εκτίμησα.

Ήταν λίγο πολύπλοκο να το βρω στην αρχή, αλλά χάρη στο βίντεο που μου απέστειλαν ήταν κατανοητό.
