Personale inesistente, PAGAMENTO SOLO IN CONTANTI, l’host ci ha chiesto di lasciare i soldi in camera, disservizio elettrico di 4 h, abbiamo dovuto avvertire noi l’host del problema…. Camera al sesto piano piano con ascensore non funzionante. Letto non matrimoniale due singoli attaccati.

я бы хотела оставить хороший отзыв на отель, потому что комната была идеально чистой, кровать удобной, подушка не огромная, как часто бывает в ереванских отелях, но момент с оплатой перечеркнул все положительные стороны

Cons:

перед заселениием мне была отправлена инструкция по чекину, оплате, где было сказано, что оплата только наличными в драмах, евро или долларах. но не было сказано, что за ресепшене никого не будет и надо готовить сумму оплаты под расчёт. я планировала заплатить в долларах и при выезде у меня было 50, и я расчитывала получить сдачу. но так как на ресепшене никого не было, пришлось оставить 50 долларов, хотя стоимость бронирования была меньше. вот такой вот скам с оплатой, учитывайте это

Apartamento top, com tudo o que precisávamos. Localização muito boa num bairro bom e perto de tudo

Отличное местоположение, в центре Еревана, рядом все достопримечательности.
Понравилось бесконтактное заселение по видео-инструкции, так как отель находится во дворе жилого дома.
В номере было чисто, есть кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор, чайник, чашки. Были предоставлены полотенца, тапочки, гель и шампунь.
В номере было достаточно светло, так как в номере было два окна.

Cons:

Не были предоставлены чай-кофе, бутылки с питьевой водой. На одном полотенце были два небольших пятна, от постельного белья очень сильно пахло стиральным порошком,

Awful bed, dangerous lift and basic expected items were not provided. I will not be returning

1. Slippers and toiletries were not provided
2. Water, coffee or tea were not provided.
3. On our third day we asked for shower gel. The cleaner told us that they ran out. They never provided alternative, so we had to buy our own shower gel.
4. Very awkward positioning of the bed. It sits right in the middle of the pillar. The pillows are very uncomfortable.
5. The lift looks dangerous. Especially when it stops on a balcony.
