Удобное расположение,комфортное заселение,цена=качество!
Pros:

Расположение,комфортное заселение(все инструкции приходят в whats app),номер большой,есть кондиционер,соседей не слышно

Cons:

Жили в номере 2,очень не стабильный сигнал wifi!так же просьба,починить половину кровати,что ближе к ванной комнате!и нет розетки около зеркала,если планируете пользоваться приборами для укладки волос-не очень удобно(в ванной комнате есть фен,но он стационарный)!в целом-все замечания не испортили наш отдых!

Хозяин всегда был на связи и помогал с любыми вопросами. Особенно хочу отметить горничную, работавшую с 19 по 21 мая, принесла все, чего не хватало в номере и помогла освоиться

Cons:

Очень плохая звукоизоляция. Постоянно слышно как кто-то открывает и закрывает двери. Если за дверью разговаривают, то слышно абсолютно всё. Также шумно за окном, приходится закрывать не из-за шума дороги, а музыки с улицы.
Не хватало удобства и уюта в номере: на двоих человек был 1 пуфик и 1 прикроватная лампа. Номер действительно маленький, но компенсируется местоположением.

Good place to stay in Yerevan!
Pros:

Good location. Nice information from the owner. Guiet nights. Walking distance from centrum. Room is like in the pictures.

Bit of difficult to find car parking, but there is parking halls in the city.

Мы приехали ночью, без проблем заселились самостоятельно, на входе кодовый замок. Расположение очень хорошее, в самом центре. Номера новые, чистые.

Cons:

В номере не было чайника, тапочек.

Tutto il necessario per soggiornare qualche notte.
Host super disponibile, abbiamo avuto bisogno di più informazioni su anche ciò che non riguardava l’ appartamento e non ha esitato a rispondere, davvero molto gentile!

Ο φωτισμός στην τουαλέτα δεν δούλευε, ήταν καμένη η λάμπα, το ανάφερα από την πρώτη μέρα παραμονής μου και για τρεις μέρες δεν ανταποκρίθηκε κανείς. Δεν υπάρχει προσωπική επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη παρά με μηνύματα. Η είσοδος του κτιρίου δεν είναι φωτεινή και υπάρχει κίνδυνος σε μια σκοτεινή περιοχή.
