This is an apartment, so you have a lot of space, privacy, and personal comfort. Good size bedroom, Kitchen and diner with all basic utensils.
I was an international traveller for business. The host doesn't speak English (this is not a minus - everyone has their own linguistic), and I don't speak Italian, so we didn't understand what was going on and couldn't even find help on the phone to reach the place. However, I have used Google Translate to message via Booking.com in Italian, and they were good to respond.
The property has no Name listed on the outside Premises, and Google/Apple Maps won't show where this address is, so if you are new to this area, you will struggle to find the place. (I will try to update this premise position on Google Maps). Even the person living in the next building doesn't know this address or something like that here. I approached around five people to find this place; finally, a lady happily called the host and spoke in Italian, and the host came out to the street to fetch me (which was a good gesture of the host)
The following is unrelated to the premise, but some information that anyone may find helpful about the area:
If you don't speak Italian, you will struggle with Taxis. The "appTaxi" or "Uber" doesn't work in this area. I found a taxi from www.taxivicenza.it. tel: 0444 920600. They speak English, and the cab will arrive in a reasonable time. I wish the host included some brochures or contact information for travel, bus, train, and taxi information for foreign customers on the premises.
Food: There are no great dining/food places around this area, but some are close to Vicenza, so you are on your hunt for food places. "Deliveroo" app food service is available, but not great food; I am sure this will improve soon.
Shops / Stores near this area: Nope, this is a residential area; there are no shops/stores near a walkable distance, so you get everything you need.
The location was very good and the bed was comfy. The AC was also very nice because it was very hot.
The shower was terrible because the temperature was only ice cold or steaming hot and there was no water preasure to properly was youself. We also had to but essential items which were not provided but it was okay just mildly inconvenient.
