Perfect location. Perfect views. Comfortable. Balcony access for evening breezes. Building residents were absolutely lovely.
The shower head absolutely needs replacing. Really brings a quality stay down. Could do with a bit of modernising of carpet & drapery. Highly recommend taking your own toilet paper.
Perfect location, walking distance to shops, beach & eateries.
Broken fixtures. No blind in lounge room. Broken dishwasher. Toilet seat would not stay up, however there were two toilets.

Check-in process was a bit ‘clunky’ and the only elevator failed for part-day during our stay (a long walk up the stairs).

It was a pain to go to the Norfolk Motor Inn on the Broadway to pick up keys to get in
Spacious and very comfortable
Very noisy in the evening especially on Friday and Saturday. Noise gradually died down around midnight.
Nice sea view if the sea isn't angry. If the day with strong wind is pretty horrible. But overall, it is really bad, I rarely say that.
I rarely leave negative comments, but this one is really not good.
- No internet provided. Even when requested to improve it, the owner said they would never supply it.
- No hot water for showers at all times; one day, it was only boiling, which caused me to have a long, cold shower on a cold day. We asked for help, but the owner only suggested using the shower next door, which is very unpleasant and lacks privacy. How can I shower halfway and then go next door to finish the other half?
- The basic area was cleaned to a basic standard, but the fan, TV, drawers, all other areas, and non-major walkways are very dirty and broken.
- No shower gel, no shampoo, no hand wash, no dishwashing or laundry liquid, only three tiny hand soaps.
- The water tap at the washing basin is broken.
- Most lights are white.
- The furniture is quite old.
- The building entrance is always affected by sandstorms.
- The drainage system is stinky.

Location was fabulous. Close to beach, eateries and public transport.
It started with trying to unlock the door. Key just turned and turned. You had to fight with it every time you locked or unlocked door. You weren’t certain whether for was locked or not. Once inside you could see that it was time for a makeover. Laminex was knocked about as were the wooden tables. The carpet on the stairs was frayed and very worn. The walls all needed painting. Everything looked very tired.

The lounge room was missing a blind which made it difficult to sleep there, and a little ‘exposed’ to outside.

Good size, with everything we needed, except wifi. Close to the beach.
No wifi, I missed seeing this in the advert, but I'm surprised that a property this good doesn't have it, and in 2025 that any property doesn't have wifi.
Great location with a perfect view of the marina and beach from the balcony. The room was close to restaurants and retail.
There was no internet/WIFI and this lack of service is unacceptable, come on get with the modern world. Also, it’s time to replace the sofa’s and beds, I’m sure it’s all been depreciated to death by now. Lastly, might be an idea to state in your advertising that the units have stairs to the bedrooms.
Lovely view over marina and spacious, well appointed apartment with nice balcony. Instructions on how to access the apartment were excellent
No wifi and apartment was a bit tired. The air con filters needed cleaning and the blinds facing the bedroom need cleaning or replacing and couldn’t be adjusted. Some lights such as the stairs weren’t working. We would have appreciated some tiny extras that make a stay more comfortable such as shampoo and milk. The TV didn’t work but was fixed on the same day.

The apartment was in an ideal location with a beautiful view of the marina. It was an easy walk to restaurants, the beach, local attractions and to tram access to Adelaide CBD.
A couple of suggestions would be to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom and to have ceiling fans to circulate air.
Wonderful location. The apartment was clean and spacious and had a good-sized kitchen with a full sized fridge. The bathroom had a washer and dryer, which was useful. Secure undercover parking. So close to the shopping and food area and could see the beach from the balcony. The beach was 200 metres away. This was our 2nd time staying there. I definitely recommend it.
