Little things make a difference.
Pros:

Quiet and convenient

Cons:

Bed too firm. Bathroom drainage inefficient. Sub-standard toilet paper. Not enough power points in necessary areas. No anti-bacterial handwash. Difficulty with fob to enter building.

Nice and clean either way a great view wasn’t loud at night for being in the city was nice and relaxing clean plates & cutlery parking available everywhere near the front door

It was okay.Disappointedin presentation of the entire apartment
Cons:

The building is brand new and yet all the furniture looked like it was picked up from here a there. I was really disappointed with that. Crack in toilet destruction

First apartment was actually a studio and very small but second was actually a 1 bedder and had everythingwe needed. Very easy to access Adelaide CBD

Really enjoyable. Loved the city, really felt part of it in this handy block
Pros:

Absolutely perfect location. Close to bus stops to airport, 15 mins walk from central station and main CBD. Property clean, functional, had everything I needed.

Cons:

Not that easy to get in touch, but wasn’t a huge problem

Disappointing!
Pros:

Not much about the apartment. The pub on the corner was good.

Cons:

'RNR on Franklin' apparently has nothing to do with Franklin Rd! Booking.com advised us that we would be staying at 68 Elizabeth St in Adelaide however when we got there there was no message on how to get in or where to find the key etc!!! With the help of some very kind young ladies in a nearby cafe we eventually contacted Ian and he met us with the key - BUT - not for an apartment at 68 Elizabeth St or anywhere on Franklin! Instead we were staying at a AirBnB at 181 Waymouth St - 200 m away. Another building entirely - a tiny apartment with only a regular sized double bed. Passable only. The toilet seat was broken. He also said that we would get fresh towels etc the next day - that did not happen!

A great apartment in a great location.
Pros:

The location is fantastic... pretty much walking distance to everything in central Adelaide. The apartment was modern with excellent facilities. It was extremely clean.

Cons:

Because we were there when the Ashes cricket was on we paid alot more than I would normally expect to for such an apartment.
