Hotel itself is nice, but road is noisy
Pros:

Room was quite big, very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Location is ok, there is one very nice boulangerie Napoleon across the street and Eat salad.

Cons:

It was very very noisy in the night, our room was facing the main road, it was not possible to sleep with open window (fresh air is very important) and aircon did not work for air circulation either. Or ask for a room that facing back yard, or there should be better soundproof and aircon functioning.

Cons:

L'alarme incendie un peu avant 22h, les travaux de voirie à l'extérieur jusqu'à minuit et qui ont repris à 5heures : j'ai conscience que ce n'est pas de votre ressort, mais ça fait partie des paramètres.

Cons:

On nous a cassé la vitre dans une rue avoisine, la moindre des choses était de nous avertir de ce genre de délinquances très fréquentes dans le quartier à cause d'une boite de nuit proche. Dommage, notre voyage était gâché.

Avec ma femme, nous avons malheureusement vécu un séjour décevant lors de notre passage à Appart'City Bordeaux Chartrons, du lundi 21 au samedi 26 juillet 2025.
Un ménage était programmé le jeudi. À notre retour d'excursions, nous avons constaté que notre chambre 321 n'avait pas été faite, la carte « Ne pas déranger » étant accrochée à la porte. Le ménage a alors été reprogrammé pour le lendemain, mais à nouveau, aucune intervention n’a eu lieu.
Par ailleurs, à notre arrivée, il n’y avait plus de savons dans la chambre. Après ma demande, une femme de ménage nous a apporté un flacon. Cependant, son attitude m’a paru étrange et gênante, probablement liée à nos origines des DOM-TOM.
Après vérification, j’ai appris que cette employée est d’origine ukrainienne, et j’ai été informé qu’elle aurait des comportements discriminatoires à l’encontre des personnes noires et juives, ce qui est extrêmement préoccupant.
Je tenais à vous faire part de ces faits, qui ont considérablement altéré la qualité de notre séjour.
