El apartamento está en el centro, la ubicación es maravillosa. Tuvimos un problema con las fechas y nos ayudaron de inmediato. La cama y el sofá cama bastante cómodos, el apartamento es amplio y está muy bien organizado. La manera de acceder al apartamento muy bien explicada

Lo único que podría señalar por decir algo es que la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota pero aún así te podías duchar bien

Estuvimos muy a gusto. Pedimos algo a Sam y al dia siguiente lo teniamos.

Al llegar la puerta da quizá mala impresión, pero una vez entras ya la impresión cambia

Изглеждаше непочистено, имаше неизхвкърлен боклук, износени мебели. Балконът не е точно балкон, а всъщност е навесът на заведението отдолу. Беше мръсен и необезопасен “балкон”

Неймовірно зручне розташування, самий центр, тож міським транпортом взагалі не користувалися. Сподобалась кухня: є весь необхідний посуд та обладнання, а враховуючи близькість супермаркетів - це дуже сильно зекономило мої гроші на харчуванні. Гарна чиста постіль, зрічне нове ліжко.

Cons:

Санвузол поганий, маленький, сильно смерділи труби, вид пошапаний, є пліснява, розбите скло в душовій. Оскільки будинок старий - дуже вузькі та круті дерев'яні сходи... важко з великими валізами дістатися свого поверху (особливо якщо живете під дахом). Трохи важкувато знайти вхід - але Сем в листі пояснює - біля кафе Hector маленькі скляні двері і круті сходи вгору )))

Cons:

Muy poca limpieza, las lámparas llenas de polvo, sofá y sillas con manchas y sucio, No hay balcón tal como se indica. Y de todas formas está lleno de cables eléctricos, suciedad, moho. El baño con moho, la ducha sucia. Los elementos de cocina sucios, con un líquido extraño marrón.

Bon emplacement mais appartement et équipements nécessitant un rafraichissement (et des réparations)

L'emplacement était très pratique.

Cons:

Malheureusement, j'ai eu une série de problèmes lors du séjour, que j'ai signalés dès l'arrivée mais qui n'ont jamais été réglés. L'évier de cuisine était bouché, le chauffage n'a pas fonctionné pendant l'essentiel du séjour, il y a une une coupure d'eau chaude pendant 24h, l'appartement était situé juste au-dessus d'un restaurant et j'ai été réveillé tous les matins vers 4h à cause du bruit (de la musique suffisamment forte pour me réveiller). Globalement, l'équipement et l'appartement sont un peu "vieillots". Dernière chose, j'attends toujours ma facture depuis plusieurs jours...

La ubicación.

Cons:

Hubo que subir 100 escalones cargados con el equipaje para 5 días. La calefacción no funcionaba bien (2 radiadores no iban, la caldera daba error y dejaba de funcionar), era imposible tener agua caliente en la ducha durante más de 1 minuto sin estar pendiente de reiniciar la caldera. Faltaba equipamiento básico (por ejemplo, scottex para fregar los platos). Los apliques y muebles del baño mal instalados o rotos. Y nos visitó un ratón todos los días.

Cons:

Teníamos la caldera enfrente de la cama. Todo el día haciendo ruido, solo paraba 5 minutos. No pudimos dormir en toda la estancia. Era un ruido muy muy grande. Imposible dormir. No podíamos apagarla ni hacer nada. Además de la luz parpadeando toda la noche y día. El suelo estaba hundido y hacía muchísimo ruido. Tanto en el pasillo exterior de que daba a los otros apartamentos como en otros apartamentos mismos. Cada vez que caminaba alguien sonaba muchísimo. Alguna vez pensábamos que el suelo se iba a hundir. La barandilla de la escalera se movía muchísimo. La foto que vimos del apartamento no tiene nada que ver con el que nos dieron. Muy muy pésimo. La televisión no funcionaba.
