Tutto sommato consiglio l'alloggio per la comodità della posizione e la disponibilità dello staff.
Pros:

Posizione dell'alloggio molto comoda, a piedi si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città, e ha vicino stazione della metro e fermate degli autobus. Disponibilità dello staff.

Cons:

Pulizia non accurata, il pavimento era vistosamente sporco; inoltre era impossibile tenere aperte le finestre, causa zanzare. Le zanzariere andrebbero messe.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement dans la ville.
Cadre d'appartement agréable ! (Attention plusieurs appartements en location, nous avions réservé le studio tout en haut, sous le toit).

Cons:

Réservation studio dernier étage : Accès au 4e étage qui peut être relativement compliqué (escalier qui peut-être assez raide, en cas de mobilité réduite ou de gros bagages).

Essentiellement des appartements en location dans cet immeuble.

Le clic-clac demanderait à être changé pour le confort de la literie...

Attention à ne pas toucher à la télé, mal fixée au mur.

Une bonde pourrait être utile dans la baignoire... au risque de ressembler plutôt à une douche 😊 (pas possible donc de remplir le fond de la baignoire pour laver bébé par exemple).

Enfin nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude lors de notre séjour (chaudière défectueuse et impossible de rentrer en contact avec le propriétaire.... :() > heureusement contact établi la semaine suivante, problème éclairci et résolu et geste commercial largement apprécié de notre côté (nous avons eu les explications au téléphone et avons apprécié la franchise et le contact).

Pessimo ma strategico
Pros:

Posizione strategica, prezzo accettabile per la media della zona, utile il transfer dall'aeroporto.

Cons:

Appartamento sporco (muffa, polvere, macchie su divani, tenda doccia e asciuga mani) e trascurato (divano letto rotto), dotazione al limite dell'essenziale (asciugamani uno a testa, stoviglie contate).

Pros:

Localização excelente, perto do metro e varios restaurante. Apartamento grande, com muitas comodidades, bem organizado e seguro.

Cons:

Apartamento é no 3 andar e não tem elevador, se você tiver muitas malas pode ser um encomodo, porem de qualquer modo no geral gostamos bastante do lugar.

A challenge
Pros:

The location is great, central and next to Metro station.

Cons:

The main building door was not locked for most of 5 day stay. 5 flights of stairs is a lot, were not aware of what floor we would be on. We were there during a heat wave of up to 38oC with only a floor fan. Currently, the buildingis surrounded by construction work.

Sam molto disponibile.
Abbiamo soggiornato nei giorni un cui c'era un caldo torrido a Bruxelles e senza aria condizionata era impossibile dormire visto che eravamo in un appartamento posizionato nel sottotetto. Abbiamo chiesto a Sam di poterci spostare in un' altra parte della palazzina, più fresca. L abbiamo contattato verso mezzanotte e ci ha accontentato subito. L abbiamo veramente apprezzato.

Gli appartamenti avrebbero bisogno di più cura nella pulizia!

Hay que mejorar las instalaciones.
Pros:

Al estar en el centro la ubicación es perfecta para ir a visitar.

Cons:

Hay que tener cuidado con las escaleras, como consejo 2 ventiladores para el calor que hace no es suficiente hace muchísima calor dentro del apartamento, deberían poder 1 aire o aire portátil, pintar que hay muchas manchas en las paredes y arreglar el mueble del lavado que el cajón de abajo de cae.

Agradable en el centro de Bruselas
Pros:

Me gustó mucho del alojamiento la ubicación, se pusieron en contacto dándonos los pasos a seguir para el checkin el día de antes lo que me dio bastante tranquilidad, tuvimos un problema y lo solucionaron. Cómodo en general, menaje de cocina bastante bien.

Cons:

No funcionaba la calefacción, un día se fue el agua caliente y tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría pero nos lo solucionaron al día siguiente. Por suerte tenían un calefactor que funcionaba dpm. Olor a humedad en el baño. Algo ruidoso. Para unas noches está bien

Fourth floor apartment with lots of stairs
Pros:

The apartment was ok. Comfortable and had what we needed. The location should have been good but so much construction all around made it a place to avoid

Cons:

The stairs. We were on the 4th floor. Stairs were steep and narrow 8 flights of stairs. We hated hauling our bags up. The water pressure was low but the shower worked ok. Don't forget to remove the plug there or you will have a flood like we did. The noise of construction started at 7am

Great location. In need of some TLC
Pros:

It was so close to everything. 10 minute walk away from the station and grand place

Cons:

It really needs some TLC. The blind didn’t fit the properly. There were rips in the bed sheet. The showere needs unblocking as you have it on and it floods the bathroom the shower also needs delimscaling. The towels were old and bleach stained
