Royal Studio Apartment

The whole premise, reception and apartment, was quite disgusting, which isn't clear in the listing photos.
The shower plate was coated in grey smudges.
The bathroom door had no lock.
The AC had no remote.
The balcony chairs dusty and there were layers of spiderwebs and hairs in the balcony corners.
The walls had oil stains.
The table had a loose pvc lining sticking out, which we repeatedly got caught onto when passing near it.
The reception smelled of a combination of cigarette smoke, mold, bleach, and the room also had a strange stuffy smell.
The reception didn't accept card; there's an atm right outside, but it's an inconvenience and a bad look nonetheless.
Overall, the place seems neglected, or maintained by bare minimum, and it would benefit from more attention to aesthetics and hygiene.

It was more like a hotel room with cooking facilities than an apartment went with my friend and our beds were practically touching so dont go if need own space ,.the tap in bathroom leaks I hope they fix this the area didn't have much for nightlife but the metro it only down the road also the bedding was thin felt like a child's duvet

1. they refused to do online or card payment and I was not aware that card payment is not acceptedt. they asked me to pay only cash. so i went neqrest atm and withdrawn money. i got charged extra during withdrawal.

2. receptionist was behaving very seriously, even he didnt respond when I greeted him "hello". felt bad.

3. when I enter room. it was very bad smell and washrooms were not clean at all. there war no out fan for air circulation. and air condition was not working.

4. when I request to change room because above concern. he said its not possible and he said its not my building. if it is not clean you can talk manager.

5. and outside view was not good at all.

6. it was very disappointing experience, especially when we are with 2 year old kid, clean was first priority which we didnt get.

Place is very far from photos on the internet and far from “Royal”. Room was horrible, appliances and furniture need serious maintenance or to be off to the garbage, but all would be acceptable if cleanliness was alright. We found hair in the bathroom, heavy dust all over, TV remote we were discussed to touch, dirty old socks in one of the kitchen! cabinets, sponge on the sink looked like was used on the toilet, we were afraid to look around more, absolutely disgusting.

It's an old hotel, kitchen poorly equipped with an old items.... Shower head was cracked, but still working.... Basically for one night just to sleep over it's a solution.

It wasnt very clean and everything was old... At the very least the sheets are not expensive, and could be bought in Ikea, so there is no excuse to leave stained sheets for the guests.... Here is also a picture of the smaller beds mattres...
Also, it seems that we didnt stay in the room from the photos, everything was different, beds, aircondition location, fridge...

It was dirty, smelly, everything was falling apart. Hookers everywhere. Do not recommend at all.

If you are looking for a tiny, dirty, undemanding room to stay, this might be the perfect place for you! The beds weren't just simply uncomfortable, they were stained and one of them was broken. The floor was full of hair and dust. The chairs were all different, the only common thing in them was that all of them were in poor condition. The air conditioner was the greatest thing in that small room, although if you want to have the remote control too, you have to pay for it more at the reception.

Very, very,very dirty!!!!!!
No hair dryer, no iron, WiFi was very slow.
