Pros:

Kawana is a true hidden gem in cikarang. It takes about 2 - 3 hours from the airport depending on the traffic to reach the hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, greenary all around and a safe area. They do have a convenient store downstairs and a vending machine as well, although you might not find everything you need the other stores are just nearby.

I was there for my honeymoon, and also birthday celebration. Everything was perfectly planned including a romantic dinner we separately paid for. It's was 1 million IDR with a 3 course meal and a birthday cake which was absolutely delicious. Special table decorations we made by the pool area and we had our privacy. For the honeymoon a bed decoration was made and they had a bath prepared which was absolutely stunning.

My list of thanking is pretty long. First of all Ari, my sales agent was so helpful and always available. Starting from planning the trip to the end of the trip he was working to ensure i had a pleasant stay. He was available at any day at any time to answer my questions. Which was awesome, he was the first impression of the hotel to me and he was so attentive and caring, it already gave me an idea about the service quality of the hotel before i started my journey to Indonesia. And when i finally reached the hotel it turned out all the staffs were caring, kind, attentive and always ready to help. Starting from the car drivers to the receptionists to the housekeeping staffs all were so helpful and sweet.

Cons:

I would say it was a 3/5 for the breakfast option. Service was amazing, staffs were absolutely professional, food was amazing too. It's just they don't have many options. They had a set menu for every day, we could choose between Japanese, western or indonesian. All the western options included bread/toast, all the Japanese options included a type of fish i think that was cooked in a different style every day. And for the indonesian option it was only nasi gorang. I stayed a total of 2 weeks and there was a buffet breakfast for 2 days, in which they had the same food in the buffet, this time we just have to plate it ourselves. I think f&b team can do a way better job.

Pros:

It was very clean and quiet. My mum stayed there for some days to visit me and my family here,and she wakes up very easy from noise.the last hotel in Cikarang where she had stayed before was a catastrophe in terms of noise and noisey people.so glad I found this place for her..also very friendly staff.can definitely recommend!

Very Nice in Cikarang
Pros:

Property felt secure with having attendants at gates and parking area. The room was very clean overall. Breakfast was a large portion of food. Having the store on the ground level for snacks was nice. Spa, pool, and massage all excellent.

Cons:

Would have liked a shower with a bit more of a door or enclosure. One corner of my bath had mold, and cleaning seemed to miss that detail. The rest of the room was almost emaculate. Restaurant and bar being closed for renovation was disappointing as I'd liked to have utilized it. Noise was noticeable during the day in my room from the construction. Charging a fee to have family members come utilize the pool while we stayed also seemed excessive.
