Das Zimmer war sauber, aber beeinträchtigt durch Raucherluft. Der Fernseher war wohl persönlich für jemanden eingerichtet aus dem ost- europäischem Raum, was sowohl Programme als auch die Menüsprache angeht. Die Bedienung war schwierig, mit Mühe fanden wir die ARD Nachrichten. Heute am Sonntag gab es überhaupt den einzigen Kontakt mit Servicepersonal, und das in der Form, dass um 8.40h heftig auf die Tür geklopft wurde und sofort danach Personal im Zimmer stand, bei einer Auscheckzeit von 11.00h. Es hätte festgestellt werden können, dass sich der Schlüssel nicht im Schlüsselkasten befand!!!

Perfect stay for that night while travelling
Pros:

The room was nice, very warm and comfortable.
Couldn't hear a thing from outside, even in the morning already.
Everything was super clean, and the bathroom was very nice as well.

Cons:

When you get the keys at the entrance there's no directions to the room, so we had to sort of find our way around it, we found it, but if there was a piece of paper at the entrance saying which room numbers intervals are in each floor it would have been much easier.
Completely a first world problem and in no way a negative: A toaster would have been so nice to have in the room :)

We never got let in to the apartment codes was wrong, couldn't get hold of anyone all day when we go there at 3 pm.

Zag er op zich goed uit, indeling en wat je nodig had was er

Cons:

Ontvangst was matig, nog moeten bellen terwijl diegene die ons moest helpen ons al gezien had en gewoon voorbij liep. Kamer was bedompte en warm was gelukkig geen zomer dan zou het volgens mij echt nog warmer zijn binnen. Geen duidelijkheid voor evt problemen, was geen soort receptie of melpuntwij zijn niet moeilijk maat het kon beter
