La procédure d'accès à l'appartement aurait dû nous être donnée à 11h. Il a fallu que j'envoie un message pour relancer l'hôte car, à l'atterrissage de notre avion passé 12h, nous n'avions pas de nouvelles.
Ce dernier a répondu relativement vite et le stress a été de courte durée. Ouf!
Les lampes de chevet près du lit ne fonctionnent pas et les interrupteurs sont éloignés du lit ce qui peut s'avérer un peu dangereux car la chambre est en mezzanine et l'escalier d'accès est très raide.

There was not air conditioning as promised. Fiesole had 3 of their AC units out with no plans to fix and we were not told prior to arriving. Santa Croce only had 2 units and both could only bring the temperature down to 27 degrees Celsius/80 degrees Fahrenheit. Awful sleeping conditions. The property manager could do nothing to help us and the property owner wasn’t responsive at all. Booking.com was useless as well. We are seeking a refund.

La falta de limpieza,no funcionaban las luces,y las que funcionaban no tenían potencia suficiente,no había espejos,un solo baño para seis personas,ninguna atención al llegar al piso por ejemplo agua.sin elementos necesarios en la cocina.mucho ruido del exterior y habitaciones muy próximas a edificios cercanos con vecinos muy ruidosos.

That the bedroom was upstairs.
We missed a feeling of generosity when it came to what extra was provided.
For example the small things, tissues, toilet paper, extra towels.

Amenities can be better, like hairdryer doesn’t work, laundry machine lacks of drying function

The beds were really uncomfortable and sofas were dirty

This property was in awful disrepair. Amongst many other issues, the lighting in the bathroom over the sink was hanging off dangerously, damp patches were evident in one of the bedrooms, broken furniture provided in the lounge area. It was truly terrible. We notified the company who offered us some recompense but then didn't respond any further to us. If they had managed the situation and found some sort of resolution I probably wouldn't have provide this honest review, but they didn't.

Muchos puntos a mejorar como los baños, la limpieza y los muebles. Los muebles de la estancia tenían manchas, el baño tenía hongos, el baño de arriba se salía todo el agua. Las sábanas estaban sucias con manchas amarillentas

Despite not so central location, it is very hard to sleep in any of the bedrooms. The upper one with tarrase gets all the noise from the street, and you cannot avoid it, so till 3/4 am we were awaken each night. The second bedroom inside the apartment overlooks not nice internal patio, it has a big leak on the ceiling, and unfrotunatelly the noise is from patio, and upper floor with thin ceiling where you can literally hear everything (steps, and party discussions). On top of that there were construction works starting from 7 am. In terms over-night regeneration - hopeless case. The provider did not provide invoice despite several requests.
