La ubicación y que se trataba de un palazo antiguo

Cons:

La limpieza dejaba que desear fundamentalmente los baños, aunque por toda la estancia y el sofá-cama era muy incómodo..La calefacción insuficiente pasamos frío.

Large apartment in the heart of Florence.
Pros:

The room was huge! My husband and I traveled with our three teen/young adult children. The girls took one bedroom, my son took the sofa sleeper, and my husband and I had the upstairs loft. It had a kitchen, a washer, two bathrooms, a large dining table, and extra seating. They also had earplugs for us!

The location was conveniently close to many of the things Florence has to offer. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Our upstairs bathroom was a little tedious getting in and out of the tub/shower. I do not recommend that bathroom for the elderly, but the downstairs one was fine. We were in the heart of Florence so it would get a little loud at night, but the earplugs were a nice touch. The beds were mixed - some very firm, others very soft. Overall, though, it was a great venue.

Um duplex extremamente confortável e lindo! Com todas as comodidades que poderíamos precisar. Só sentimos falta de tapetes para o banheiro, pq solta muita agua pra fora. Mas foi um detalhe muito minimo, banheiro e chuveiro ótimos. O diferencial é o atendimento, nós tinhamos nos hospedado em um outro lugar, que simplesmente quando já estavamos em florença nos contatou dizendo que por overbooking teríamos que encontrar outro local. Desde o inicio nao conseguimos conversar com nenhum ser humano, só robôs e em ligação não atendiam. Nesse não, tivemos que entrar em contato no dia da reserva por conta deste ocorrido e desde o inicio já mandaram o whatsapp com uma atendente humana que nos respondia em qualquer horário! Experiência maravilhosa e no coração de Florença!! O prédio com uma porta de madeira gigante teve todo o charme! Maravilhoso!

Boa localização, barulho incomodou.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, bem centralizada. Mas um pouco distante se você for usar muito o trem e se deslocar com frequência a SMN. Dos outros pontos turísticos a distância é curta. O quarto é confortável, espaçoso, bom custo benefício no quesito preço.

Cons:

Possui um ar antigo, pois fica em um prédio histórico. Se for com família grande, o quarto possui só um banheiro o que complica um pouco. A iluminação é fraca, mas da um certo charme. O pior mesmo foi o barulho vindo da rua, a madrugada de Florença é animada, realmente incomoda. A hospedagem até oferece protetor auricular, o que ameniza o problema.

Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

La camera è enorme. Con tutti i servizi. La posizione è centralissima e comodissima. Anche per chi viaggia in auto, c'è la convenzione con un garage nella strada parallela.

Cons:

La scala che porta all'area soppalcata è pericolosa per i bambini.
