Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et volume agréable. Le logement peut convenir pour un court séjour si l’on cherche simplement un endroit où dormir à Florence. A condition de ne pas rechercher du confort.

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer : couettes poussiéreuses (probablement peu lavées), sol en pavés difficile à nettoyer, et salle de bain commune dont l’entretien semble irrégulier. Le rideau de douche partagé n’est pas très hygiénique.
Isolation sonore inexistante : on entend facilement les autres occupants.
L’ensemble donne davantage l’impression d’une auberge de jeunesse que d’un hébergement au prix d’un hôtel.
Logement assez éloigné du centre historique et situé en zone ZTL, ce qui complique l’accès en voiture.
Communication avec le gérant limitée : réponses uniquement sur les aspects administratifs et financiers, aucune aide concernant le stationnement ou l’accès en ZTL, mais très réactif pour la taxe de séjour.
Taxe de séjour élevée par rapport à d’autres villes comme Rome.
Donne l’impression d’un ancien appartement transformé en plusieurs chambres.

Poor and cheap accommodation, but it's okay for a short trip.
Pros:

The room is spacious. The apartment is easily accessible, but not centrally located - so for the price it's okay.

Cons:

The host did not answer my questions at all, he is only available on WhatsApp and asks for personal information there. There is no kitchen or communal space except for the hallway, and there is a small refrigerator in the room. The accommodation is located in an old building, with a corresponding technical standard, but this is okay, suitable for a short stay and sleeping.

Pros:

Расположение хорошее

Cons:

В кровати была сломана ламелия и матрас прогибался ,невозможно спать было.В апартаментах нет оказывается кухни,можно было бы ,хотя бы ,поставить чайник и пару чашек,стаканов.
