Pros:

近くにスーパーや薬局、バール、レストランがあり、便利でした。
バス停も近くにありますし、歩いて中心街まで行くこともできます。

Cons:

できればテーブルのようなものがあると良かったです。あと、蚊が多いので、電気蚊取器(VAPE）が部屋にほしいです。私達は、近くのスーパーで買いました。
フィレンツェなので、この位の値段は、仕方ないのかもしれません。

Un bon emplacement mais un peu de rénovation serait nécéssaire pour rendre le lieu plus agréable.

Cons:

La salle de bain commune où personne ne sait sur les 6 chambres si c’est occupé ou non. Il serait bien de rajouter une petite pancarte avec marqué d un côté occuper ou libre. De plus salle de bain vétuste avec même un siège de toilette fissuré. Et de d autre locataire se permettent de venir vous dérangez tard le soir pour vous demander des choses type de la glace??? Des jeunes gens qui claques les portes à 3 h du matin. Pour le calme on repassera. Il serait bien de faire un rappel à vos locataires de manière plus importante.

Terribile!
Pros:

Praticamente niente!

Cons:

La struttura era sporchissima e piena di polvere, la cucina incrostata,i teli per il viso e per la doccia puzzavano! Nel bagno neanche un bagnoschiuma. Esperienza terribile! Hanno fatto casino fino alle 04:00 del mattino e alle 08:00 hanno iniziato al piano di sopra con martello e trapano.

I made a terrible mistake by not realizing the bathroom was shared. But what an awful bathroom! Small shower stall, dirty toilet, and no bath mat. The room is okay. The blanket was dirty, with a stain that looked like chocolate, so it must not have been changed. On the second day we arrived and the door was open, and we had certainly closed it. I didn't give zero stars because it wasn't possible. Worst accommodation experience of our lives.

Estuvimos solo una noche asique no puedo opinar tanto! Solo dormimos. El baño compartido pero estaba bien. quizás hubiese sido óptimo que cuenten con un dispenser de jabón aunque sea sabiendo que uno no viaja con tanto.
Si bien Florencia es pequeño está a 30’ caminando de la zona turística y si estás solo un día quizás resulta incómodo.
La cama cómoda y la habitación amplia.

Es amplio y no estaba sucio.

Cons:

Principalmente no me gustó que intentaran cobrarnos 6euros por persona y noche cuando ya estaba todo incluido, y sobre todo por eso ni volvería ni lo recomiendo.
Luego la cama y la almohada eran incómodas, colchones muy antiguos. Ni secador ni la mitad de cosas que aparece que tienen, habitación no insonorizada y mosquitos por todas partes.
Es una pena que un espacio tan grande lo tengan tan mal cuidado y aprovechado, solo busca sacar dinero a los turistas con lo mínimo.

Il y avait de l'eau chaude dans la douche, lingerie de lit propre.

N’ayant pas accès à ma boîte mail, j’ai eu beaucoup de problèmes pour entrer dans l’immeuble. J’ai vraiment cru que j’allais rester dans la rue. De plus, la personne au téléphone ne parlait qu’anglais et n’était pas très coopérative.

À l’intérieur de l’immeuble, tout est très vieux :

- Difficulté à ouvrir les fenêtres en bois des années 30, mauvaise isolation phonique (nous n’y avons pas touché).
- La douche est limite dangereuse : le rideau ne tient qu’à un fil, le cadre de la douche est mal fixé, avec un réel risque d’accident !
- Verrou de porte cassé.
- Il faisait déjà chaud en avril, alors en été cela doit être un véritable four !
- Rue très bruyante.
- Loin du centre, avec un passage par un souterrain fréquenté par des personnes sans-abri (peu rassurant).

Sur les quatre appartements que j’ai loués pendant mon séjour en Italie, c’est le seul qui m’a fortement déçu.

Je confirme les avis négatifs laissés sur Booking.
Le but ici ne semble pas être de satisfaire le client, mais plutôt d’empocher le maximum en dépensant le minimum.

Il serait souhaitable que Booking effectue davantage de contrôles, même si je comprends que cela ne soit pas simple.

Mon conseil pour éviter de gâcher vos vacances : regardez d’autres annonces si possible. Sinon, vous aurez été prévenus.

Bei Anreise roch das Zimmer wie ein Hallenbad. Intensiver Chlorgeruch. Dazu in einer Zimmer-Ecke umfangreicher Schimmelbefall und ein stark beschädigtes Lattenrost im Einzelbett.
Absolut liebloses Zimmer. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank am Kopfende des Bettes als Nachttisch. Das Brummen des Kühlschranks also direkt am Ohr. Herrlich! Man hat die Wahl: Entweder kalte Getränke oder erholsamer Schlaf.
Wir sind nach einer Nacht aus der Unterkunft abgereist.
Der Kontakt zum Ansprechpartner führte zwar schnell zur Beseitigung des Schimmels und zur Reparatur des Bettes, aber wir wollten nicht bleiben.
Der Gastgeber stellte danach auf stur. Keine Reaktion auf Nachrichten. Ich bat um einen Kompromiss und eine Teilrückzahlung. Nichts! Der Vermieter stellte bei booking.com ein, dass wir kurz vor Anreise storniert hätten, somit also keinen Anspruch auf Rückzahlung hatten.

Nach vielen Mails und Telefonaten erklärte sich booking.com bereit, eine kleine Summe als Gutschein zu erstatten.

Wenn Florenz, dann besser nicht diese Unterkunft!
