Custo benefício excelente, apartamento muito bem localizado e condomínio organizado, sem dificuldades para o checking

Cons:

Precisa trazer roupa de cama e banho, na mensagem que a operadora da unidade envia diz que haveria papela higiênico disponível mas não tinha e a limpeza do apartamento não tinha sido feita de maneira adequada, tinha sujeira nos box dos banheiros e na cozinha.

Já é a quarta vez que fico nesse flat e gosto tudo nele. Super recomendo, perto de tudo. Ótima localização, os apartamentos sempre bem limpos e confortáveis. Esse que acabei de ficar é a segunda vez, e o quero voltar, nele tem churrasqueira, isso é muito bom para a estadia.

Cons:

Amo a vista para as montanhas, mas infelizmente dessa vez não pude apreciar porque estão em reforma e estava com uma rede cobrindo a vista.
