Localização excelente, camas, sofá e travesseiros confortáveis e limpos! Utensílios da cozinha também são ótimos. Limpeza geral ok!

Cons:

A descarga de um dos banheiros estava com problemas e se não mantinha o exaustor ligado os dois banheiros ficavam com cheiro bem ruim!

Pros:

Apartamento como nas fotos.
Amplo e bem iluminado.

Cons:

Tivemos problemas com ar condicionado que só foi resolvido um dia depois e por conta disso tivemos que dormir no chão da sala na primeira noite pra usar o ventilador de teto.

O prédio está em obras externas e não fomos avisados na hora da locação e quando chegamos tivemos a triste surpresa que a vista que queríamos ter estava ocupada por uma lona horrível.
Ficamos bem desapontados com isso.

A limpeza também não é das melhores, inclusive na varanda tinha resto de sujeira acredito q dos hóspedes anteriores.

Pros:

Excelente localização. Próximo de absolutamente tudo em Pitangueiras. Apto limpo e organizado.

Cons:

Bloco 4, tem apenas um elevador que funciona efetivamente. O outro, SEMPRE está com defeito! Isso se torna um CAOS! 20 andares com vários aptos, e somente 1 elevador! O tempo de espera chegou a ser de 20 minutos!
