Pros:

Terrible conditions of property. I left immediately to escape to a checking in the Benjamin Business Hotel.
The rundown property was dirty, inequity, no hot water, fault piping and toilet not worth a tenth of the price quoted. I demand refund of every penny I paid in advance.

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, the view was spectacular, the gym was up to standard, the public spaces of the building are lovely - palm trees and a waterfall.
Matan, the manager was lovely. The facilities in the room worked well - refrigerator, faucets, hot water, coffee machine, televisions, closets.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The beachfront location is amazing; In front of one of the best beaches in Hertzlyia.
The pool is fantastic, complete and the lifeguard is always very attentive to everything and helpful.
The room is complete, spacious and with everything you need for a short stay.
We will return for sure to the same place and to the same room!

Cons:

The staff at the reception of the building (not the apartment), very unhelpful and in a bad mood.
He was not willing to help or collaborate with what was requested.

Location was everything!
Pros:

Lovely place! We took the stodio flat for 2 adults and 2 teens. Next time, we'll definitely book the 1 or even 2 bedrooms for more privacy and comfort. But overall, it was great. Great swimming pool! Staff are amazing! Location was everything for us.. Literally located on the beach and 10 min walk from Arena shopping mall which meas you have everything you need near by. Also, there are plenty of bus lines across the street.
Definitely will come back and will recommend 👌

Sofa bed is not very comfortable even for kids..

Great location, easy self check-in, availability of parking in the building, good apartment

Cons:

Swimming pool was closed until end of April - we could go to the swimming pool of the next door building but that is an inside pool - that was a bit of a disappointment especially on the very busy beach days of the easter holidays - we were hoping for some quiet pool time
