Un accueil chaleureux et un moniteur de surf au top : une expérience inoubliable
Pros:

L’accueil était exceptionnel. Les hôtes sont très chaleureux et attentionnés, et le moniteur de surf a été incroyable Grâce à lui, on a vraiment progressé et profité de belles sessions. L’ambiance générale et l’hospitalité ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable.

If you want to sleep and stay warm, avoid.
Pros:

The view from the balcony

Cons:

The house is situated at the top of the village in front of the hill. This means: the wind coming down hits the building and the windows are very old so you can’t properly close them. So looots of noise and cold. Second, every night on the hill a huge group of dogs gather and bark the whole night. It’s an issue of Imsounane but the hotel’s position doesn’t help. We moved after 2 nights in another hotel and was way better.

During the day it’s not possible to sleep as they are building a new block attached to the hotel so there is construction going on from 8.30 to late afternoon.

Then the apartment has no heating so during evening and night it’s very cold. There is a small chimney but it doesn’t help at all, also because the quantity of wood is ok for less than one hour.

The shared kitchen is equipped with very old staff which make unpleasant cooking.

The main entrance’s key was almost detached from the door so we were locked out for 10 minutes till we managed to get in.

Mooi terras met prachtig zicht op de baai, met goed stoelen om te zonnen

Cons:

Het appartement was zeer slordig… gordijnen hangen met haken en ogen omhoog, geeft zeer slordige indruk. Keuken was op andere verdieping, zeer minimaal ingericht. Slaapkamer 2 met 3stapelbedden en geen kast… kamer zonder venster…zeer klein voor 3 stapelbedden…
Wanneer we er iets van zegden tegen de host, was ze heel verbouwereerd… terwijl we dit wilden delen om lessen uit te trekken, met kleine aanpassingen kon het al veel aantrekkelijker gemaakt worden…

Great stay in a beautiful apartment
Pros:

We had the best time in Peak House Imsouane. A beautiful apartment with great views from the roof top terrace overseeing the bay of Imsouane.
The apartment was super clean and had everything you need.
The hosts were super kind and very helpful.
Can only recommend so much to stay there.

Magnifique séjour avec vue sur la baie. Hôtes très sympathiques
Pros:

Bel appartement au 2eme étage. Salon spacieux et confortable. Balcon avec vue sur la baie. Accès au roof top magnifique, en particulier pour le petit déjeuner. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Bon repas typiques (omelette berbère, msemem, tajine). Merci à vous deux pour ce beau séjour.

I would not recommended this accommodation
Pros:

Nice view over the beach, nice rooftopterras. Lady of the house was helpfull.

Cons:

This is not an apartment, it has no facilities in the room to eat, or cook. You have to cook in the common kitchen downstairs, where most of the time the owners or cleaning lading were cooking or eating at the same time. Beds were not made up on arrival. 1 x cleaning of the room/9 days. No cleaning facilities available in the room. sheets and towels with rust stains. Very very bad experience with the cleaning lady and the homeowner after a request to clean the room once more. Never been been so humiliated on a holiday. Never again this accommodation for me.
