A localização é excelente, a 5 minutos andando do hipódromo de Constantinopla e das principais mesquitas. Os atendentes são simpáticos e prestativos.
O quarto é completamente diferente das fotos publicadas no Booking. Muito menor do que parece. Logo que entramos sentimos um forte cheiro de esgoto vindo do banheiro que tomava o quarto. As toalhas cedidas estavam rasgadas de velhas. A acomodação no geral é um tanto precária.

On nous a changé de chambre alors que ce n etais pas prevu.
Nous étions 2 et ils nous ont dit votre chambre est pour 3, quatres jours après notre arrivée pour y mettre 2 personnes incompréhension totale.
Salle de bain humide, battant wc qui ne tient pas et problème de fuite.
El personal, molt amable i atent. Disposats a ajudar en tot I sempre!

Café bem farto, as porções são individualizadas, apenas com alguns itens diferentes da minha cultura para consumo pela manhã (alface, tomate e azeitona), mas os pães e queijos muito bons e os ovos excelentes!!! Tem um sachê de café latte espetacular!
Terraço um pouco sujo, mas estava muito frio, de fato não muito agradável de permanecer, apesar da bela vista para o Mar de Mármara. Creio que no verão devam deixar o espaço mais aprazível, porque a equipe é muito diligente e atenciosa.
The breakfast was very nice and varied, ready for me every time I came down to the dining hall. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful with everything I needed.

El hotel esta bien por el precio que tiene el personal es muy majo en especial Ibrahim nos ayudo mucho con tema tarjeta datos etc. el chico del turno de la noche también es amable lo único que nos incomodo un poco es la limpieza ya que había polvo visible en la habitación por lo demás super y la ubicación excelente.
