Шикарная студия. Локация отличная 100м до Истикляля и Таксим. Вид из окна шикарный, на новую мечеть, с красивым азаном.

Pros:

Нам все очень понравилось!
Номер соответствует фото, все оформлено в едином стиле. Номер очень компактный, но в то же время все продумано, тесноты не ощущается.
Отдельно хочется отметить наличие зеркала в полный рост на входной двери. 👍🏻
Горячая вода без перепадов, напор хороший.
В номере тепло.
Вайфай стабильный.
Минимальный набор посуды есть, чайник, плита, микроволновка и холодильник- исправно работали. Постели и полотенца чистые.
Расположение просто шикарное - 3 минуты неспешного шага от метро и площади Таксим.
Благодарим команду отеля за гостеприимство! ❤️

Так как мы целыми днями гуляли по Стамбулу и в отель приходили только спать, незначительные мелочи, такие как легкая усталость интерьера и небольшая группка муравьев в районе кухни, нас никак не тревожили.

I appreciate they accepted an early check in. I arrived to Istanbul early in the morning, so it was a life saver.

Cons:

When the property was new, for sure it was way nicer than now. Now it's so worn out and seriously need some maintenance. Little sofa was quite dirty, same as the microwave and kitchen stuff, rusty tap in the kitchennette, shower door broken.
The place is SUPER loud since it's located right at the little street full of bars and pubs, and the windows are facing one of the pubs.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία στην πλατεία Ταξίμ. Σε δύο λεπτά βρίσκεσαι στον πιο εμπορικό πεζόδρομο της Κωνσταντινούπολης με πρόσβαση στο γραφικό τράμ. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Με βοήθησαν σε ότι χρειάστηκα με πολύ ευγένεια. Προτείνεται για διαμονή 2-3 ημερών αλλά σε μεγαλύτερο δωμάτιο.

Cons:

Πολύ μικρό το δωμάτιο. Σχεδόν αποπνικτικό. Δεν υπήρχε χώρος να ανοίξεις ούτε τη χειραποσκευή. Για να ανοίξει το παράθυρο έπρεπε να ανέβεις στο κρεβάτι, και άνοιγε με ανάκληση ώστε δεν περνούσε αρκετός ο αέρας.

Wonderfull and cozy hotel
Pros:

Very nice and cozy hotel ,most important thing that u feel like ur second house also the best thing that one side here the taksim souq and midan and other side the high way that easy to take taxi so no need to walk much to go from crowded area
I mean in the middle of all shops and the most important area and same time easy access for going out also

Почините двери и замените пледы. Также не хватало на кухне моющего средства и губки для посуды, пришлось самим купить.
Pros:

Отличное расположение. Доступная цена. Есть лифт, хороший WiFi, горячая вода, мини кухня в номере с посудой. Кондиционер работает на тепло. Чистое и достаточно новое постельное белье и полотенца. Приветливый персонал. Большой балкон и Красивый вид на мечеть.

Cons:

В целом хороший отель, есть пара моментов, которые надо просто починить или заменить. Дверь на балкон не закрывается до конца, весь шум с улица был в комнате, особенно это мешало на рассвете. Ремонт уставший, где-то обои отпадают, где-то мебель поломана. На диванах страшные старые пледы в пятнах (замените их, очень портят впечатление от номера)

I recommend it to anyone
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at IQ HOTEL in Istanbul. The security was excellent, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The welcome was warm and professional, and the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance.
The location is perfect, very convenient and close to many important places, which made moving around the city easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was good; the rooms and common areas were always very clean and well maintained. I also appreciated that housekeeping was done regularly every two days, which shows great attention to comfort and hygiene.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again
