Pros:

Right beside Gulhane park.
Close to tram & train.
10 minute walk to ferries and sultanamet attractions.
Away from congestion.
Plenty of eating places within 2 or 3 blocks.

We loved the location.

Great shower
Reception were quick to fix any issues

Cons:

Wifi was weak to terrible, but did improve after some adjustments

Electronic doors were a great solution, but went off with a brief power cut.

Very disappointing.
Pros:

Good location. Close to a lot of points of interest.

Cons:

No information on how to check in provided. Access codes provided were incorrect.
24/7 help desk is actually a 10 min walk away (we were not informed of this).
Dirty.
Misadvertised (kitchen was almost non existent)
Run down.
Boiler wasn’t functioning. Making loud noises all night and there wasn’t hot water.

Hotel was Good and the after service was great.
Pros:

When I reached there, the booking was not confirmed although I had been charged at the time of booking. They have provided me with another hotel which I did not even book.
Edit: I have been contacted by Mohemmed and he was great in helping me to refund the double charge and was in touch with me until I received the refund. Thank you Mohemmed you are great.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a very nice area. It is close to many historical sites in the city and transport system. Apartment was clean and service was excellent. The hotel is located on a quiet street and there are no cars. Honestly the location was the first thing I truly appreciated. One can easily find many stores and restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect.

Pros:

Great location right at Topkapi gate near many old city attractions. We've stayed at room 1. The room is not very spacious but clean. Cleaning was every day. The staff is polite and ready to help.

Cons:

Very very small bathroom. The toilet is inside the shower.

Brilliant Istanbul Family Stay
Pros:

This property is fantastic. It’s location is perfect and feels safe. The room is very large compared to other places you could get for the same price. We stayed 2 adults and 1 child, but you could easily have another person and not be over crowded. Excellent communication for owner too. They offer free cleaning and can arrange airport taxis etc.

we had a very pleasant stay here. major attractions are within walking distance.
it is close to the sirkeci marmaray station (we use this train to get to the Asia side n Sabiha Gokcen) and Gulhane tram station
