Una estancia perfecta en Estambul
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es formidable. A sólo unos pasos de la Mezquita Azul y de Santa Sofía. Sobre la misma calle encuentras todo tipo de restaurantes y cafeterías, así como tiendas y un pequeño supermercado. El personal del hotel está siempre dispuesto a apoyar en cualquier necesidad. Hubo una falla de electricidad en el bloque donde nos hospedamos y nos cambiaron a una habitación todavía más cómoda con Hammam personal. Sin duda regresaremos!

Super séjour au Sadaret idéal pour visiter la ville
Pros:

Très bon emplacement tout se fait à pied et très belle vue sur la mosquée bleue
Toujours très propre, le ménage est fait tous les jours avec des bouteilles d’eau, café et petits gâteaux fournis !
Gentillesse du personnel

Peut être juste le fait que l’espace kitchenette est un peu petit dans le sens où il n’y a pas d’endroit où se mettre a 4 (nous avions un appartement 2 chambres)

Lovely apartment in very heart of Istanbul!
Pros:

Excellent location, nice apartment, friendly and very helpul staff.
Apartment was cleaned every day.
Many shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

In general kichen was equipped with nearly everything you need, but still would be good to have some pan and pot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.
Pros:

Great location for the city sights, very helpful staff and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

No soap and limited cutlery in the kitchen. To get hot water we had to have the heating on - not ideal in a hot climate! The system was not explained to us.

Pros:

I don’t normally write reviews, as we receive so many requests these days that it would probably take a few weeks out of my year to write about every purchase or stay I make. However, in this instance, my experience was so positive that I wanted to take the time to let others know.

My stay at the Sadaret Hotel Istanbul was excellent from start to finish. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the central square where the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque are located, along with countless cafés and restaurants. It’s also only around 10 minutes on foot to the Grand Bazaar, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.

I did have an issue with the electricity in my room one evening, which was apparently related to something affecting that side of the street and completely outside of the hotel’s control. However, the staff handled the situation brilliantly and immediately upgraded me to a very nice suite for the remainder of my stay.

In my opinion, “The sign of a well-run hotel is not that they never have a problem, but how gracefully they resolve it.” The Sadaret passed that test with flying colours.

I also had an issue with my return flight and was struggling to contact the airline. One of the reception staff kindly used his own phone to call them for me, which made resolving the situation so much easier and removed a lot of stress.

To top it all off, after I returned home, I realised I had accidentally left my stainless steel water bottle behind. The staff contacted me via WhatsApp and have kindly promised to keep it safe for me until August when I plan to return.

All in all, my stay at the Sadaret was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Good value but beware of the narrow staircase if the unit is on high fly
Pros:

Great location and nice apartment.

Cons:

It’s on the fourth floor with a very narrow staircase which makes carrying large or heavy luggage difficult and possibly dangerous. The staff was not helpful in mitigating this problem.
