The location was very convenient for sightseeing and for eating out. Friendly staff were very helpful, and it was great to have tea and coffee whenever we wished. We stayed twice. The first time, we had a washing machine, which was a great opportunity to wash everything while travelling. The second time we stayed, we had a hammam. Had never tried one before, and it was very relaxing after walking 20,000+ steps each day around Istanbul.
We got used to the call to prayer throughout the day and night. We got used to the street vendors' constant persuasiveness.
This apartment was amazing, beautiful view, access to an outdoor terrace that we had to ourselves and in an excellent location. We loved having a washing machine and ability to cook our own food. We were 2 minutes from Sultanahet square and surrounded by restaurants. The staff were so helpful and attentive to our needs. Totally recommend staying here when in Istanbul.
No elevator and our room was 5 flights up....but it was a great opportunity to exercise!

The penthouse was a great size with an ocean view and the location is fantastic to see all the old city sites.
The stairs were an absolute killer but the staff carried our suitcases to our room for us when we arrived.
When we waited for a tour we got offered drinks and snacks which was very generous.
Unfortunately the washing machine was broken and I requested someone to have a look at it - the guy was extremely rude and told me that I was wrong it was a new machine (even though half the labels were rubbed off) and I’d look up the manual and knew it was not working as the button was broken. He left and we never got any more assistance which was annoying as we booked this accommodation to be able to use a washing machine and it was stuck on hot temperatures so we couldn’t.
I do not recommend the penthouse if you struggle with stairs. They were very steep and when we left we had to try and take our suitcases down and it’s very dangerous (however I think these stairs are quite normal in turkey)
Perfect location with lovely night vista both at sea and Blue mosque.

Luxury space bathroom and shower
A smell coming from bathroom sometimes - probably mild issue with some plumbing?
We used the hotel's airport shuttle, which was expensive but worth it after a long flight. The staff were very helpful and the location is only a 5 minute walk fromn the blue mosque - so convenient to get walk around the centre of Istanbul's old town.
The staff were very helpful and answered questions promptly. The location is very close to the Blue Mosque, the little bazaar, and the Hagia Sophia.
The area is very touristy as are most of the local restaurants. We found much nicer restaurants on the Asian side of the Bosphorus. But the hotel itself was fine and is great if you want to be in Sultanamet.
El apartamento limpio y esta bien..eso si un 5 sin ascensor. Estuve 5 días y en los 5 dias nadie pasa a limpiarlo, ni servicio de toallas o cambio de sabanes..ni te hacen la habitacion. Las vistas al mar..son ciertas...a lo lejos se ve el mar. El menaje de cocina, del todo punto insuficiente. Yo me compré una sartenazo un cuchillo y un pelador, los cuales dejé alli. Pues había 2 platos 1 cazuela 2 tenedores 2 cucharas y para de contar. Para la cafetera netpreso dejaron 3 pastillas. Y por la zona no vas a poder comprar capsulas. Eso sí, debajo hay una cafetería que el americano te lo ponen por 200 libras turcas. Lo mejor de este hotel es la hubicacion. Estas a un paso del hipódromo. Y las mezquitas, alrededor zona de precios competitivos. Esta bien pero caro, para lo que te dan.
