Best Point Suites is 328 feet from Best Point Hotel building, where breakfast service takes place. Please note that the breakfast hall is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.

Номер 205 оформлен в национальном колорите - очень красиво и комфортно. Большая кровать с удобным матрасом и чистым постельным бельем.
Телевизор, чайник, система кондиционирования, wi-fi, горячая вода - всё работало отлично. Был свой хамам - теплые мраморные стены и лавки. Банные халаты и приветственные сладости. Завтрак проходил наверху, на террасе с великолепным видом на море и на голубую мечеть. На завтрак изобилие тортов и сладостей. Персонал доброжелательный. Все двери в отеле с бесконтактным открытием. Отель находится в 5 минутах пешком от голубой мечети и в 10 минутах от мечети София.
На завтрак вообще не было мяса (бекон, сосиски). В своем личном хамаме не предусмотрен пар.

Many thanks to the manager Goka, for his professional and sincere actions. When booking, I indicated the wrong card, but he resolved the issue with this, also gave us a room better than I wanted. All hotel staff are friendly. Many thanks to all the staff, kitchen, cleaning, reception. Unfortunately I do not know all the names, mr Ramazan and Goka, you made our holiday wonderful.
The hotel is in a great location close to many attractions in the Old City eg. Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel helped us to organize transfer from the airport. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - great selection and it was located on the top floor of the hotel and has fantastic view. There are many restaurants nearby.
We chose a 2 bedroom apartment with a courtyard and it had a small kitchen with a washing machine and dryer (which is much appreciated!)

The location was terrific, in the old city near the Blue Mosque.
When we checked into the hotel we were told 75% of the bill had to be paid in cash, and 25% by credit card. It was asserted this condition was contained in the emailed confirmation of the booking. I checked the emailed booking, it said nothing about cash payments. When settling the account the receptionist refused to accept the American dollars we had, as some 'were old cash notes'. We'd gone to great lengths to get the money, withdrawing it over several days because of cash limits. They were legal and had watermarks. The receptionist still did not want this money and suddenly said 100 per cent payment by card would now be acceptable. We disagreed, as we'd gone to the trouble (and extra cost) to get the cash. The hotel did would not accept it, so again, at our expense and trouble we exchanged the 'old' legal notes for newer ones. This was wrong and left a bad impression. I would not recommend this hotel.
The Location and Breakfast Was Perfect, Staff was Extremely helpful in anything we required
The Smell in the Room was just awful from the guest toilet, be careful when you book as Hotel asks for cash, which is not mentioned anywhere in the booking
The location is great. Walking distance to the grand bazaar, Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia etc.
On booking.com I opted for one room with double bed and second room with twin beds. We were give two rooms, each with double bed. A room with twin beds was not available. On booking.com I opted to pay at the property. On arrival they informed me that I have to pay in cash. Despite my request they did not allow me to pay by card. Due to limit on cash withdrawal I had to draw money from cash machine over three days to make up the required amount.
