المرافق رغم الملاحظات التي ارسلها العديد من النزلاء لكن يبدو صاحب المكان لم يقم باصلاحها مثلا كرسي الحمام

Pros:

Расположение отлично, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Магазинчики, кафешки под боком.
Номер немного подуставший, но владелец старается что бы было комфортное проживание.

Odlično.
Pros:

Odlično, sve pohvale. Bio sam 4 noćenja sa suprugom i dvoje djece.

1. Domaćin je jako ljubazan. Dočekao nas je prijateljski i odmah nam objasnio sve šta se nalazi u okolini, prodavnice, restorani...... Prije samog dolaska odmah me je kontaktirao na whatsapp i pitao da li nam treba usluga prevoza sa aerodroma ili bilo kakva druga usluga ili pomoć. Kad smo stigli odmah nam je dao šifru za njegov WiFi i rekao da ga možemo na whatsapp kontaktirati ako nam bilo šta zarteba. Na karti nam je pokazao gdje se tačno nalazimo i koje turustičke lokacije da obiđemo i koliko smo daleko odatle. Takođe objasnio nam koje vidove javnog prevoza da koristimo.
2. Apartman uredan i čist. Sve kao na slikama. Posteljine čiste, kupatilo čisto, Za svakoga od nas veliki i mali peškiri.
3. Nakon drugog noćenja čistačica je bila u apartmanu, promijenila nam kompletne posteljine, ostavila nove peškire, prebrisala sve i ostavila još toalet papira.
4. Lokacija je fantastična, samo 10 minuta hoda do Sultanahmet trga, plave džamije i Aja Sofije. Takođe oko 7 minuta do tramvajske stanice T1.
5. Mini kuhinja kao na slikama, čak unutra u elementu imate i uređaj sa dvije ringle. Frižider, mikrovalna, kuvalo, tanjiti, šolje, escajg.
6. Inverter klima uređaj radi odlično. Mi smo je koristili malo za grijanje jer smo bili sad od 10.04- 14.04.
7. Topla voda u svako doba dana u kupatilu i u kuhinji.

Zaista sve pohvale za ovaj smještaj. Kakve sam sve recenzije pročitao za druge smještaje prije dolaska u Istanbul, i sa čim su se sve ljudi susretali u apartmanima...... ovaj smještaj zaista zaslužuje ovu ocjenu za uslugu koju pruža po ovoj cijeni.

Hvala domaćinu još jednom.

Estancia perfecta

Zaman es muy simpático y servicial y nos ha ayudado y acompañado en todas las dudas que hemos tenido y todas las necesidades que hemos tenido en Estambul. EL nos recomendo los mejores servicios de la zona así como lugares para comprar todo lo que hemos necesitado en nuestra estancia en Estambul. Por otro lado, el hotel esta ubicado en una zona privilegiada, rodeada de restaurantes, supermercados y todo tipo de servicios necesarios para pasar unos días de turismo en Estambul con la familia. Desde el hotel al gran Bazar se tardan 5 minutos, y a la mezquita de SultanAhmet (o mezquita azul) 10 minutos aproximadamente. Se puede ir caminando a todos los sitios sin ningún problema. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cuentan con una pequeña cocina, nevera, microodas, televisión y aire acondicionado, así como con un baño totalmente equipado un sofá y una pequeña mesa y sillas para 4 personas. Repetiríamos sin duda. Gracias por todo Zaman!

Location is absolutely brilliant, 10 minutes walk to blue mosque, 10 minutes to Grand Bazaar, very very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Especially brother Zaman.
