Great Choice with great location and value of money and comfortability
Pros:

Let's start with the advantages. First, the hotel owner, Mr. Zaman, is a very kind, friendly, and helpful man who speaks fluent English and Arabic, so you won't have any trouble communicating with him. Second, the hotel is located in the heart of the neighborhood, close to all services: a supermarket, a pharmacy, and a small hospital. For those who wish to rent a car, there are several paid parking spaces available by the hour. It's also a 12-minute walk from the Sultan Ahmed Mosque and a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. There are many diverse restaurants in front of the hotel, and a perfect park for children to play in, enjoy the morning sun, and breathe in the fresh air. Taxi stands are located below the hotel for those who wish to use a taxi, and there's also a mosque nearby, just a few minutes' walk away.

Cons:

The only drawback of the hotel, which isn't really a problem at all, especially for heavy sleepers, is that the rooms aren't very well soundproofed. You can hear the footsteps of guests going up and down the stairs, and when the cleaning staff talk, you can almost hear them sitting right next to you in the room.

Были впервые в Стамбуле и даже впервые в Турции. Спасибо за теплое отношение и гостеприимство
Pros:

Отдыхали одни женщины с детьми. Очень приветливый хозяин встретил, все объяснил, помог заселиться. Очень комфортно в номере, очень чисто ( уборка каждый день, смена белья через день)

Would not recommend unless maintenance issues are addressed, It felt more like an apartment than a hotel
Pros:

The atmosphere is family-friendly, the overall cleanliness was good, and it offers good value for money, but the overall experience could be improved.

Cons:

The facilities are in terrible condition and clearly neglected. The shower was broken, the sink wasn’t properly fixed, and there isn’t even a shelf in the bathroom to put your belongings. There is visible mold and moisture on the walls, which is unacceptable. The bedding was uneven, and the mattresses were completely worn out, sagging, and extremely uncomfortable
There was no elevator, and being on the top floor made it very inconvenient
There was essentially no staff. Only one person was responsible (Zaman), and he was rarely available. Cleaning staff would come briefly and leave.

Camera pe care am avut i,baia f mica care nu arata nu tocmai corespunzător,lipsa geamului, era o gura de aerisire care probabil era comuna cu celelalte camere,motiv pt care se auzea absolut totul de la vecini, frigiderul ruginit,murdar pe exterior,faptul ca in fiecare seara se oprea curentul dupa orele 00:00

Insgesamt das war zufrieden für uns.
Pros:

Das war ins Mitte bzw. Altstadt Gebiet dass ich interessant gefunden habe.

Cons:

Ich dachte dass diese Studio mit dem Aufzug ausgestattet ist leider war nicht so.Außerdem oft im Nacht Stromausfall passiert als Nachteil.

Hotel super ! Belle déco ! A proximité des lieux a visiter, avec un breakfast en face et des restaurants a proximité ! La cerise sur le gâteau : le parc avec aire de jeux juste en face !
Réservation de dernière minute en avril a moins de 50e la nuit

Cons:

L'appart n'est pas bien insonorisé avec l'autre appartement sur le palier (notamment la salle de bain)

I had a fantastic experience at Kadirga Studios. The location is absolutely brilliant and central—everything you need is within walking distance, including the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar.
A special thanks to Brother Zaman. He is a wonderful person who gave us a warm welcome and took the time to explain everything clearly. His hospitality made us feel right at home. If I return to Istanbul, I already know exactly where I will be staying!
I also want to mention the cleanliness of the property. A huge thank you to the cleaning lady who works with such great conscience and dedication; the rooms were spotless.

Foarte bine la acest preț!
Pros:

Curățenia și zona. Parc pentru cei mici vizavi, bazarul la 10 min de mers pe jos. Parcare disponibilă chiar în față contra cost( 1200 lire turcești pentru un sejur de 3 nopți).
