Location and above-average customer service
Pros:

The flat exceeded my expectations. The property's location is excellent, with security and great restaurants within the condominium. The service from the owner and the concierge staff was outstanding. This is a choice with an attractive cost-benefit ratio and guaranteed satisfaction.

Cons:

There is nothing to report that was either unpleasant or disappointing in this trip to Itaipava

The Location, security, confort and cleanliness of the property. There are excellent restaurants nearby.

Cons:

I was charged an early check-in fee, which I obviously did not accept, and decided to arrive at the time specified by the owner. In over 10 years of staying at the Granja Brasil condominium, this property was the only one that offered me a 1-hour early check-in and the option of a paid early check-in for my request for a 1.5 hour early check-in.

Pros:

Da localização que possibilitou ir andando para o evento no parque, de cada detalhe do anfitrião com o que disponibiliza no studio e responde rapidamente dúvidas, da segurança e do que o condomínio oferece nas proximidades. Eu amei tudo. Voltarei e indico com certeza.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo. Só não gostei pq fui só 1 dia rs. 😂

Cons:

O anfitrião esqueceu de autorizar e tive que esperar por mais dec1 hora a liberação pois ele nao atendia o celular e pior colocou a culpa em mim do erro dele mas nao admitiu e foi grosseiro, só nao cancelei pois era tarde.
