Pleasant stay in great surroundings and helpful staff

Agréable et relaxant
Pros:

Très bon accueil et l’équipe est au petit soin. L’établissement est bien situé dans une zone calme avec une petite piscine bien entretenue. L’appartement est confortable et bien équipé dans l’ensemble pour de courts et moyens séjours.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol a été les petites fourmis envahissantes mais le staff fait un entretien régulier pour limiter les effets de la nature. L’autre point c’est le parking où pour certaines heures les places dans la rue sont en luttes avec soit le club de sport ou le restaurant. Mais au final, c’est totalement marginal car bien compensé par le confort du lieu et le staff très adorable. Pour les séjours plus longs, l’équipement est juste pour la taille du frigo qui est assez petit.

Het betrof een zeer kompleet uitgeruste kamer. Al het denkbare wat je nodig hebt in een appartement hotel was aanwezig. De kamer was zeer ruim. De buurt is rustig.

De kussens waren heel erg zacht. Misschien is een extra paar kussens wel fijn voor mensen, die wat dikkere kussens lekker vinden slapen.

Top Lage, kleiner feiner Pool, schöner Park, das Restaurant El Lago und die direkte Umgebung sind herrvorragend. Das Zentrum von Elviria ist im kurzem Spaziergang gut erreichbar, das Hotel ist für einen Kurzbesuch ausreichend.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist die Aussattung. Möbel, TV, Betten, Küche, Elektrogeräte sind schon lange nicht mehr auf dem Stand der Zeit. Alles irgendwie lieblos, renovierungsbedürftig, Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist laut, ZahlenCode an der Tür laut, Tisch und Stühle sehr rustikal, vertikal hört man die Spülung, Preis-Leistung gerade noch so ok.

Relaxed, amazing holiday -
Pros:

We have stated here several times, so knew what to expect although this year it has changed owners.
The accommodate is spacious, has a coffee machine & basic requirements.
Beds are comfortable, outdoor space has a table & chairs and is lovely to share a bottle of wine, relaxing after going out for dinner.
Housekeeping are excellent, fresh bedding & towels every few days when the Appartment is cleaned through.
It is in a lovely area, quiet, safe & well maintained, although a car is needed.
We have enjoyed a wonderful holiday, would defiantly recommend and 100% will return soon!

Cons:

Pool area has recently been painted & new sun Loungers provided but the pool is often too cold to get into, an easy way to rectify this would be to add solar panels.
