Posizione fantastica, immersa nel verde e panoramica, c'era tutti i giorni l'appuntamento col tramonto dopo giornate in cerca di spiagge da scoprire.

Zona silenziosa, ma sulla strada principale, quindi ben collegata anche dai mezzi pubblici.

José, la persona di riferimento, fantastica e disponibile per indicare dove andare per le necessità primarie.

Elba da cartolina
Pros:

Fuori dal caos, immerso nel verde, con vista panoramica sul mare. Casa pulita, dotata di biancheria, il portico x colazioni e cene vista mare. Tramonti indimenticabili. Negozio a 2 km, varie possibilità di spiaggie sia verso Marciana che verso Fetovaia. Spiaggia del relitto a 15 minuti. José disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole relax e non necessita di vita mondana.

Cons:

La casa era dotata di tutto: stoviglie, TV, aria condizionata, mancano i secchi x la spazzatura differenziata. Portare zampironi e repellente x zanzare. Avrei gradito zanzariere alle finestre.

Beautiful view from the terrace, every evening sunset. Very good wifi. Jose nice person.

Cons:

Observation- By the sea parking is small and paid. A local minus that you need to combine the time of arrival. It would be simpler with keybox. There is no oven, you need to have your own from garbage bags to dishwashing liquid, etc. Far shop. A house on a mountain, so you need to have a car, because it is 3.5 km to the beach.
