Pros:

Place needs to be sprayed. Saw roaches as soon as I entered the room. Probably not a good idea to leave the trash bags in the hallway without being picked up for long amounts of time.

Incredibly comfy for the price and very accommodating owner for letting us check in earlier.
Pros:

The place is very comfortable and clean. Nice aircon and good refrigerator. The shower and heater is very good. Moreover it’s in convenient location with a convenience stores downstairs and superb Korean restaurants. It’s also a short walking distance to harbor point mall.

Cons:

Just a small detail since I find no clothes hangers in the shelf although there’s an iron and board too.

Convenient & Clean Accomodation
Pros:

Location is very convenient. Just below the apartment, there is a convenience store. Less than 10 minutes walk away, there’s good cafes, restaurants, bars and a big shopping mall. There are different cuisines available from Japanese, Korean, Western, Mexican, etc.

Shower facilities are good too as the shower cap is detachable and water pressure is alright (do remember to bring your own shampoos! Towels are provided)

There’s also a smart TV where you can view Netflix and YouTube during your leisure time.

Great place except the bed.
Pros:

Location is perfect, there's available safe parking spaces if you're bringing your own vehicle, convenience store, different restaurants available within the area. Korean restaurant Sonamu was good! There was some cookies, crackers and drinking water available for the guests inside the room. The place is safe for your stay.

Cons:

One of the legs of the bed is unstable and kept on sliding making the bed very uncomfortable. I hope the owner can repair it.

Pros:

The property is well-situated with restaurants, shops and the mall within walking distance. There is ample space for a family of four. You will be able to create a quiet zone by closing off the sliding doors to the kitchen. The whole property is very clean and had a good layout.

Cons:

There is no designated parking space and it can get quite busy at night with customers for the surrounding restaurants and so parking does become a challenge.
