La piscina molto bella e curata la gentilezza del signore al bar che non ricordo il nome
Per il resto mi dispiace ma non rispecchia la descrizione, appartamenti non tenuti bene in manutenzione armadi rotti non c'era l acqua calda nel lavandino della cucina ruggine e muffa accessori cucina non completi pulizia ambiente scarsa interno armadio sporchi e cassetti della camera poi una coperta al suo interno che aveva un odore terribile
La struttura e accogliente noi siamo stati in 4 con 2 bambini il posto e ottimo per loro che possono giocare ,passeggiare da soli e c'è la piscina molto pulita il personale e gentilie e sono sempre disponibili, il servizio navetta per il mare molto comodo e il bagnino sempre gentile
Le unicha cosa che si dovrebbe disinfettare di più e il mobile della cucina che aveva odore di muffa quando si apriva
Struttura bella e accogliente,titolare molto disponibile e gentile posizione e vista fantastica. Molto bello il tutto sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Forse la mancanza di un punto di ristoro ( pizzeria/ristorante) e market interno alla struttura
L accoglienza I servizi della struttura l animazione è la spiaggia fantastica.
Il Residence è situato in collina, immerso nel verde.
Comunque distante dal mare pochi minuti in auto.
E' disponibile un comodo servizio navetta.
Da sottolineare la gentilezza di tutto lo staff e lo splendido lavoro dell'animazione che ha coinvolto durante il soggiorno, le nostre bimbe e tutta la famiglia nelle tante iniziative.

Il residence è in una posizione molto bella, immerso in una pineta con un panorama spettacolare. Le casette semplici ma comode e pulite. Lo staff molto disponibile. Posizione del residence tra Peschici e Vieste che permette di visitare facilmente entrambi i paesi. Per andare al mare c'è un servizio navetta mattina e pomeriggio. Residence rilassante ... ci ritorneremo!
Spacious individual houses, with big terrasse, very calm and pretty . Great swimming pool with solarium area, very good animation team with animation all along day for children and adults. Beautiful beach and surround areas. Idéal place for calm holidays with family and children.
The distance between beach and the houses: approximately 900m: the hôtel proposes everyday service for free to bring you to the beach in the morning and afternoon, however you are obliged to take a bus as the distance is too long in case you would like to make it by foot when it is too hot in the afternoon. There is another beach in walking distance as well but it is private and you have to rent an ombrelloni in case you go to this private beach which is closer to the houses. The air conditionner is only in one room, so the hall area is difficult to cool a
s the position of the air conditionner doesn't let you to spread the cool air homogeneously.
Very nice place to stay in Gargano. Very good price and quality ratio. Highly reccommend.

Super helpful and friendly staff, amazing location, best beach in the area
Noisy (we could catch the music from the off-site disco until 2 am, other residents' kids would come back from a night out at 4 am and make a ruckus). Studio apartment was not very clean (dust on the bedstands and hair in the shower) and could have used some renovation (mold on the wall, broken decor, broken mosquito net). Although the residence formula entails that you bring most of the supplies yourself, we would have expected some essentials (no trash can, no lighter for the gas stove, no clothespins)

Loud music poolside for hours on end echoing all over the entire cottage camp
Room had no trash cans
No wifi in the cottages except near the pool and even then the signal was not the greatest
The view from our house was beautyful, and the staff was really nice.
Loud music until after 1 every night from the pool dj.
Kitchen equipped substandard.
No hot water, door didn't work well, foul smell from the bathroom. Everything was done by bad workers/handymen and you could see it easily.
Management had office in same house, and spent the days talking loudly in the phone. We could hear every conversation.
