Great location, easy check-in, well equipped

There’s a large construction site on the opposite side of the road, which was occasionally noisy when we were sat out on the balcony.

Die Lage war wirklich sehr schön. Schwierig war es, die Unterkunft bei Nacht zu finden, schlecht ausgeleuchtet, der Name unseres Appartements war uns auch nicht bekannt. Auch andere Familien haben sich bei uns erkundigt, wo ihr Appartement wäre.

Pros:

Check-in was smooth and easy, with clear instructions and a locker. Apartment 3 (Alfonso) is on the ground floor and has access to a shared terrace with a lovely sea view; it was very pleasant to hear the waves. The house was clean.
The apartment is small, as described, but we appreciated being offered an extra bed in the bedroom for our son instead of using the sofa, which helped a lot with space and different bedtimes.
The extra bed was comfortable, and it was great to have both a dishwasher and a washing machine, both working properly.
The neighbours we had were quiet and respectful, which made the stay pleasant. The location felt safe and quiet, and we never had any concerns in terms of security.

Cons:

The access from the back of the house involves a steep and descent followed by few steps, slippery when it rains; only later did we realise that access from the terrace is flat and suitable for rolling suitcases.
Sound insulation is very poor: walls are thin, and conversations and noises from neighbouring apartments can be clearly heard. Privacy is also limited, as the terrace is shared and other guests pass directly in front of the apartment.
The main beds were not very comfortable (mattress and bed base sagging), and the pillows were very flat and had an unpleasant smell.
There was no usable Wi-Fi signal inside the apartment, only a very weak one in some corners or on the terrace (the host mentioned a provider issue).
The most problematic issue was the presence of ants coming from small wall fissures between the bathroom and kitchen. Despite keeping everything sealed, cleaning frequently and disposing of rubbish daily, the problem persisted. Considering this happened in winter, it is a concern for warmer seasons.
The bathroom has no window and no extraction fan, which makes ventilation difficult.
The surrounding area is not particularly pleasant: it is a rather disorganised urbanisation with randomly built detached villas, mixed architectural styles and, nearby, a large construction site with uniform newly built houses. While it did not feel unsafe, the overall environment lacks charm and coherence. Super Wandergebiet , die Wohnung lag super war gut eingerichtet bis auf die Betten nichts für feinfü

Ganz schlimm die durchgelegenen Matratzen in beiden Schlafzimmern mit Kule inclusive.Das wifi war schlecht , streamen war nicht möglich.
