Muy buena experiencia en el apart hotel
Pros:

El departamento se encontraba en buenas condiciones generales y cumplió con lo esperado. Sin embargo, quisiera señalar como aspecto a mejorar que el aire acondicionado en modo calefacción no estaba funcionando.

Excelente opción para estancias cortas a un excelente precio.
Pros:

Amabilidad del personal, ubicación, precio excelente, buen estacionamiento y accesos, buen barrio.

Cons:

Se nota que es un edificio antiguo, y se trata de mantener de la mejor forma en su presentación, pero la antigüedad se nota en detalles como ascensor ruidoso, toallas muy usadas, enchufes, etc

Ya es la cuarta vez que alojo junto a mi familia en dicho lugar, la ubicación es perfecta, el personal excelente, todas las instalaciones necesarias para una estadía

Cons:

99% perfecto solo que en esta oportunidad me aloje en el tercer piso y no hay malla de seguridad en ninguna ventana. En el piso que normalmente alojo si lo hay, la cual en estos momentos en especial cuando se aloja con menores es muy importante. Pero más que nada una observación, ya que son muy responsables.

Colchon de las camas pequeñas de pésima calidad y almohadas manchadas. Poco aseo en baños.

El servicio de aseo de las habitaciones malisimo durante 2 dias no realizaron aseo y el desayuno cada dia reducen mas los aliementos

Falta mantenimiento al ascensor

Cons:

Que el ascensor no tenga legible la mantención. Cuando se lo hice saber al personal de turno, me indica que no sabía bien. El mantenimiento qué estaba pegado correspondía al 2024
