Pros:

Location.

Cons:

I use the same mattress without changing them for four days. I told them but they said it is like this. The AC showed F3 Error but no maintenance

La localisation, le calme

Cons:

Pendant deux jours nous n'avons pas pu tirer la chasse d'eau. La réception à étais informé mais rien. À la réception ce sont des enfants qui ne peuvent pas fournir de renseignement.

Nous avons demandé ou nous pouvions lavez notre linge. Ils ont dis qu'ils s'en chargerais, résultats : linge rendu abîmé et mouillé.

Clean place, welcoming hosts, central location
Pros:

The location is right next to Baščaršija, where the main tourist attractions, cafes and restaurants are. There is a tram/bus station, taxis and supermarket nearby. The rooms are very clean and the hosts very friendly and helpful (thank you, Selma! 🥰). I absolutely recommend this place to those who want to have an authentic experience. I forgot to take pictures in the beginning because we arrived late and were tired.

An extreme beautiful, comfortable place with lovely people in the heart of Sarajevo.
Pros:

Excellent location and excellent hotel. I want to thank the crew for being so kind and give the real and correct idea of the Bosniac hospitality. This is a wonderful place where to stay to visit Sarajevo and other part of wonderful Bosnia !!!

Good stay in the heart of Sarajevo
Pros:

The property is literally a few steps away from Sarajevo's historical centre - with easy access not just to sights, but also public transport and many options for food and drink. Everything one needs is within easy reach (CEJF coffee in nearby Kovači street and the bakery Pekaria Edin were favourites). The apartment we stayed in had a "quirky" design and while we didn't really use the kitchen amenities - we appreciated that it was there. Also nice to have a working AC in the apartment. Staff and other guests we encountered were also friendly.

Cons:

Not a deal breaker, but the shower in our apartment always "leaked" and swamped the entire bathroom floor. Also, payment was apparently in cash only.

Pros:

Located in the centre of old town, close to everything you want to see in Sarajevo. The design idea is nice, “old fashion” but Bosnian style inspired. We booked last minute which was a big plus. You have also a small kitchen, so you can have a coffee or anything in your room. Late check-out is also a plus.

Cons:

The hotel is too expensive for what they offer, it definitely doesn’t worth the price. The room was not the cleanest, so if you want to stay more than one night, I don’t recommend it. The reception is not existing, we barely talked to someone.
