My experience with this apartment owner was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, he tried to make us pay an additional tax that was not mentioned anywhere on the Booking.com listing.

Before checking out, we cleaned the apartment thoroughly and left it in excellent condition. However, when the owner arrived, he ignored the overall cleanliness and went straight to the bathroom. He claimed there were a few drops of water on the bathroom floor and used that as a reason to start shouting at us. In front of my mother and my younger siblings, he became aggressive, used offensive language, threatened me, and attempted to hit me several times. He then demanded an extra €20 without any valid justification. Because of his aggressive behavior and the fear he caused, I felt pressured into paying the €20.

Even if there had been a few drops of water on the bathroom floor, he could have simply asked me to wipe them up instead of reacting in such an aggressive and intimidating way or demanding an unreasonable amount of money.

I would not recommend staying here. In my experience, the owner may try to blame guests for minor issues in order to demand extra money, while using shouting and intimidation to pressure them

Alles war sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Gut und gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment. Es ist viel Ausstattung vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Čist i potpuno opremljen smeštaj. Ima sve što jednoj porodici može trebati. Topla preporuka za porodičnu posetu. Domaćica je vrlo ljubazna.

Все було чудово. Апартаменти чисті. Паркування в дворі. До центру міста можна добратися пішки.

Velmi pěkný apartmán na klidném místě. Pohodlné postele, perfektní čistota. Vysoko v kopcích, takže návrat z centra pěšky není pro kardiaky:-) Bezpečné parkování za uzamčenou branou. Velmi milí majitelé, dozvěděli jsme se spoustu zajímavého o Sarajevu. Velmi doporučujeme toto ubytování!

Smeštaj je izuzetno čist i odlično opremljen.
Domacini su izuzetno prijatni I ljubazni, predusretljivi.
Lokacija je izuzetna, centar je na svega 20ak min peške.
Sve preporuke, vraticemo se sigurno ☺️

One of the best place that i have ever stayed in one place. It was as clean as our house. Very good designed. The host was so friendly and positive. You may feel your self so comfortable. Only one negative thing might be distance to city center which is only 2 km away. And detailed map could be asked from the host, because google maps sometimes bring you to destination from out of no where and you may not want to use the roads that is so steep. Thank you again for the hospitality.

Ev çok çok temiz.Ev sahibi çook tatlı ve ilgili biriydi.Bize merkezde nereye arabamızı daha uyguna park edebileceğimize varana kadar yardımcı oldu konumlarını gönderdi.Özel park yeri olması da çok iyi bir avantaj.

Domacin je bio jako gostoljubljiv i pomogao nam je dosta prilikom rezervacije taxija i svega ostalog, ustao je u 4 ujutru da bi nas ispratio pravo bosansko gostoprimstvo.
