Perfect for short stay
Pros:

Perfect location, with direct access to Ciputra World Mall, one of the best of the city. In the mall you can find Services, restaurants, gym, supermarket in the same building.

Possible to cook with a small electric cooker, there is a small fridge and a small sinks.

Staff very kind and always available for you.

Cons:

The studio was pretty small so if you travel with a big luggage, you don't have any space to store it.

If you get the room on the lower floors, you might hear people playing tennis in the tennis court, as early as 6am

It would be nice if the electricity did not turned off when you turn on AC, heater, and kettle.

The bathroom door need to be adjusted properly because it seemed the door hard to move and sometimes the lock stuck.

Pros:

This is a good and clean apartment, there's no breakfast but you can simply go to level 3 and enter the mall to find some food or go outside and find some street food. It has hair dryer, toothbrush, comb, some free snack and water.

Cons:

This is a studio apartment; the space is quite small. There's no spare trash bag, and the one they put is small and flimsy.

Modern and clean, with a spectacular view
Pros:

Rooms are tucked away in a massive new mall (mall includes a big food court) and are very modern and clean, with a spectacular view over the city. It was great for one night to catch our flight in Surabaya. It's pretty close to the main toll road to the airport. No reception desk, but very responsive owner via WhatsApp (in English), who sent friendly staff to help us to our room. Good Wifi.
